Crowd of 14,636 at Hawks game.   Even allowing for it being an i/state opp and Mother's Day it was a fairly dismal effort by their 80,000 fans.

Not winning games?  Hawks fans = fair weather sailors, perhaps?

A large proportion of them really love their mothers, but not enough to take them to the footy?

It's incredible.

1 against us in 2014 and the other against Collingwood at the start of last year.

Horrid record.

With our improves defence all around the ground, in particular our forward half, and clearance and contested ball numbers over the past few rounds I'd back us to beat GWS,especially if we can start to take some marks in front of goal.

The man upstairs looking after Gablett this week as he gets off scott free.

At the same time, Fyfe gets off for blocking a bloke with incidental head contact from the momentum. Remind you of anything?

Not to mention! Rampe climbs the goalpost, Gil says "whoops" but excuses the umps anyway, and it's Rampe who gets the please explain.

It's fair dinkum though the looking glass stuff.

If it wasn't for my irrational attachment to the MFC, I would give up on this corrupt comp run by people who thought "1984" was a training manual.
