Champion Data stats say GWS had 98 interchanges.  The cap is 90. In such a close game thats important. They were not the only team to exceed.  Whats the penalty?

    Think they will be counting ones made during the breaks, which I'm pretty sure are outside of the 90

    Correct! up to four changes per break i believe outside of the cap

    You are correct PG. Technically they can be as high as 102 if you count the changes at the breaks.
