    The issue the club has that the leadership has been very weak at the club for a number of years.. Roos is trying to install strong leaders with players from other clubs... Whilst they have come from strong culture & success its not an instant fix.., leadership & culture takes time to manifest itself & be automatic ... Listen to players who go to the Swans & Hawks they say leadership & culture is so evident were you either embrace it or you are shown the door...

    Hate to say it but PATIENCE
