Very funny story that one, I had a mate on that tour, I think it was an U/21's tour?? Anyways he told me the "kernel" story, very amusing!!!

:) I was at a function and he was there and a couple of us would shout out 'KERNEL!' from different parts of the room to check his reaction. Everytime he looked around to see who was saying it, absolute pearler of a story but it's not one I'd share on an open forum like this. You're the first person I've come across who knows it.
