Who could blame him for feeling disillusioned at the moment? GWS match notwithstading the team is really struggling, and has been for quite some time, and he's constantly under the pump.

    No! ....... right now that would be paying more than his worth, and rewarding 'average' form. Definitely not the way to build a club culture that will breed success.
