Hardest team to play against

A 13 year cycle, how auspicious.

Major list overhaul has seen a lot of dead wood and poor performers moved on.

New work ethic being instilled into existing players and new players recruited in part for their work ethics.

Greater leadership and mentoring with Rodan and others buddying with other younger players to encourage and assist in their development.

Skills are the key area that we need to address, if we can reduce turnovers in our backline and get more of the ball in the forward line, both achievable with the players we have we will a lot more games.

Our draw is not as hard as some, in the end injuries will play a part on the finals campaign for all sides, we now have added depth to cover the loss of key players like Clarke.

I think we are good chance to make the top 8, after that who knows. Confidence and camaraderie and a desire to show CW and others what we can do could see us though.

Go DEES

A 13 year cycle, how auspicious.

Huh, so we as a club are taking 13 yrs to recover between our cycles? or 8 Yrs to recover, prior to rebuilding?

Boom & bust!

Neeld 12-13, bottom to top.

For every instance of miraculous turnaround you raise there are a 100 others one could cite of sides improving 3 to 5 positions on the ladder that are more realistic. More 'real world'.

So, you're effectively spruiking a 100-1 shot, commendable in it's optimism but total head-in-the-clouds stuff.

No doubt it'll be the likes of you starting a 'Sack Neeld' thread if we're not sitting in the eight by round 11. What a big YAWN that will be.

I just put a $100 on Dees to win 2013 Premiership at Deesbet at 1500:1

Geez! I love Preseason.......... 1500/1 definitely under the odds.

What do you think the odds will be when we get our first injury during preseason training?
