I think I saw more than I bargained for. i cant really fault anyone other than one or two clangers. We didnt win but if we'd broken the saints press more in the end there was potential that we could have. Go Dees!

    I want to see less silly errors. If we play with the hardness we showed last week and more skill and composure with the ball it will be enough to push them and keep things close. If I see that I'll be thrilled with the progress we've made.

    Yes, I really am thrilled. Far fewer stupid mistakes than previous weeks and a hard-nosed attitude and amazingly enough we pushed them until the last few minutes.

    Even better is that the new regime is showing a clear impact on guys like Morton and Bate who many had written off and also in the improvement of some of our stalwarts like Jones and Moloney. The team is adapting to the new style better then I had anticipated and this week showed some real improvement across the board.

    If we continue to improve at this rate the bombers could be feeling nervous.

But while the Lions brought the chaos and roared loudest, the Demons aren’t done yet.
