In a release to the media, Melbourne Footy Club has said that President Don Mclardy will make a MAJOR announcement at the President's Function this afternoon.

Couldn't find anything else on this on either the club's website, facebook or twitter, nor any of the major newspapers.

Any thoughts? Hopefully it is the BOJ sponsorship.

    I personally don't think it'll be sponsor deal I think it could well be something to do with Jim- a statue or charity maybe something like that.
