about the Maric non goal on SEN???

Basically called him a cheat.

Called Maric a cheat? So Maric didn't actually kick it??

Basically called him a cheat.

Well he did claim it when he didnt get near it, but that sort of thing happens every week. Im sure I could find a few Collingwood players having claimed similar.

Nah he didn't kick it. Basically said players claiming they kicked the goal when they know they hadn't is cheating. To me its same as ducking your head to get a free kick, holding the ball in so the bloke that went to get to the footy gets pinged for holding ball. Also tried to relate it to cricket where you know you've caught the ball, this is in fact the opposite which has been shown time and time again that it can bounce just in front of you and you think you have caught it.

Storm in the tea cup...

Non issue

Correct, how many 'lying' backmen claim to have touched a ball that has gone through for a goal week in week out.

That would be the same Mick Malthouse who said

''I strenuously object to being branded a liar. I acknowledge my original position has caused me much embarrassment and my family great distress, but the reason I reacted to the question the way I did was because at that moment, I felt it was the best outcome not to drag the two clubs and a number of individuals into an obvious controversy.''

Of course he is better person because he is special.(He can lie and slur any player he likes).

I won't listen to SEN when he is a commentator.
