This probably answers the question as to why Sylvia is not in the leadership group. Not a massive deal and the punishment was proportional to the crime - but it's not the 100% professionalism you'd expect from a leader.

    Must have been a slow news day for Ralphy.

    I often wonder how this sort of thing gets out from in house leadership group held initiatives such as this example. I would rather it remain in-house than get out for someone like Ralph to write up with headlines that paint a bad boy image. Instead of a footballer that simply stayed up until midnight.

    God forbid if Sylvia returned home from Saltimbanco after midnight in a month or two's time, the night before training. I wonder what the leadership groups stance would be then !
