Sundays games are usually replayed on 7Two for those who have digital or HD TV. Anyone know when our game might be on?

And its replayed on Foxtel on Wednesday at I think 4:30PM, for those that got to the game without remembering to IQ it.

Sorry cant help with 7Two. They do have online tv guides, you could look that up...

Having watched the replay yesterday I noticed a few things:

1) Our red looks pink on TV, especially when compared to Essendon's red.

2) PJ was even worse that I first thought he was. So was Cheney.

3) Rivers and Garland were better than I first thought, despite Rivers' early jitters by foot.

Uranus, I made note of how light the red looked in another thread 'Clash Jumper 2011'. I am glad it wasn't just me. I thought we had worked all summer with reebok on fixing this. I thought I had noticed a change. However, I am now thinking that we MAY have worn last years jumpers to lessen the clash. This is pure speculation, but that's what it looked like to me. Can anyone confirm deny?

2) I thought the opposite. At the ground all I saw was a couple of dropped marks and a couple of times he was run down with the ball. In the replay I saw him set up Bruce for his lovely running goal by drawing the two tacklers then shooting off the handball. He also kicked beautifully to leads a couple of times, along with a couple of other lovely handballs. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't a good game, but geez he did a lot better than his other two outings this year.

3) Inside Footy game Garland an "8" Along with Green, Sylvia and a couple of others from memory. Interesting. I thought it was more of a six, maaaaybe a 7 at the outside.

Disagree. A couple of good disposals doens't outweigh dropped marks and a lack of physical presence. Same old same old from PJ.

  • REPORT: Carlton

I am now certain that the decline in fortunes of the Melbourne Football Club from a premiership power with the potential for more success to come in the future, started when the team ran out for their Round 9 match up against Carlton last year. After knocking over the Cats in a fierce contest the week before, the Demons looked uninterested at the start of play and gave the Blues a six goal start. They recovered to almost snatch victory but lost narrowly with a score of 11.10.76 to 12.5.77. Yesterday, they revisited the scene and provided their fans with a similar display of ineptitude early in the proceedings. Their attitude at the start was poor, given that the game was so winnable. Unsurprisingly, the resulting score was almost identical to that of last year and for the fourth time in succession, the club has lost a game against Carlton despite having more scoring opportunities.

  • CASEY: Carlton

The Casey Demons smashed the Carlton Reserves off the park at Casey Fields on Sunday to retain a hold on an end of season wild card place. It was a comprehensive 108 point victory in which the home side was dominant and several of its players stood out but, in spite of the positivity of such a display, we need to place an asterisk over the outcome which saw a net 100 point advantage to the combined scores in the two contests between Demons and Blues over the weekend.

  • POSTGAME: Carlton

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.
