Reserved Seating

Hey Guys,

I signed up for Trident Membership last night during the MFC Telethon. I have never had membership before so I am pretty new to this, and the operator said that due to my level of membership that I can reserve the same seat for every home game. How do I go about doing that?

Also as a side note, they did a fantastic job signing me up. I received an email this afternoon to print off my tickets to tomorrows game so I don't miss out.

Ring the club. They are extraordinary at answering questions like this. Im not sure of the details on what sort of seating, in what stand, on what level Trident members are eligible for. The club will definitely point you in the right direction.

Welcome aboard anyway. Jack Grimes signed me up for my first membership a few years ago at the same telethon. Going by the membership total (currently 31200), last night was fairly successful.

level 2 members wing or on southern stand your choice. wedged between presidents club and redlegs (i think) on the 50m arc punt rd end. fantastic seats! drinks in Betty Cuthbert Room/Bar behind glass on members side. Lindsay Hasset room on southern stand (also does the aftergame with a couple of players on hand). Your choice of sides and once your seat is allocated it's yours for every home game. hope this helps

ps. you'll find theres a few demonlanders in there if you strike up a chat, i know i've met few up there over the past few games

great area...Hassett Room a good catch up room.

I'd be happy to meet a few members from the site to chat about the game. I'll be going on my own most weeks unless I have a mate that barracks for the opposition.

You won't be disappointed Mr. Tony Daza "The Boss". Great show that.

My brothers and I have been sitting in those Trident reserved seats for a number of years now. They're quality!!! We started off in the Redlegs and then decided to move further around closer to the wing in the Trident area. You'll have your own reserved seat which will be the same every week. If you feel lonely (trust me you won't... the whole section is Dees fans only for bays and bays), I'll be the nutcase screaming and carrying on in bay N13 row C seat 4. Usually I'm in my Dees jumper and a white long sleeve top underneath (or if it's cold a FUBU demons jumper). I'm pretty embarrassing as I don't get to go to every game ( due to other footy committments, not lack of want!!!)so I have a lot of energy and frustration to release. My brothers sometimes cringe at the way I lose it when we're on fire. But that's what footy is about... passion and getting a chance to show your love for your team. And the best place to do so is in the middle of your own supporters where there is no chance you'll offend anyone with over-exuberant support (unless you swear too much around young kids... don't do that!!!).

Hope to see you there mate.

Great decision to sign up to a reserved seat membersihp and we're looking forward to having you on board. Next year you'll be raving about it so much that you'll have 3 mates desperate to buy the seats next to you.

I upgraded from Country Membership to Trident earlier in the week. When I got home from work last night I found my email ticket for Saturday's game, also discovered that you can't print the ticket out "AFTER 7.00pm". I am hoping that the club will provide a ticket for SAturday's game! I also discovered that the late father of a work friend actually started the Tridents Group, I think in the 1960's. She still has Trident memorabilia of his from the 60's. Looking forward to catching up with any crazy demon supporters in the Northern Stand.

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.

  • AFLW REPORT: Brisbane

A steamy Springfield evening set the stage for a blockbuster top-four clash between two AFLW heavyweights. Brisbane, the bookies’ favourites, hosted Melbourne at a heaving Brighton Homes Arena, with 5,022 fans packing in—the biggest crowd for a Melbourne game this season. It was the 11th meeting between these fierce rivals, with the Dees holding a narrow 6–4 edge. But while the Lions brought the chaos and roared loudest, the Demons aren’t done yet.
