Spoke to the famous Bernie in membership yesterday ( the one who passed on the Kaspersky details to the Corporate section of the MFC ) and he was extremely helpful. I rang about not getting my magazine and he said he would send one. Next day it arrived. He also was patient and took the time to discuss a range of memberships for a new member. He is a credit to the membership department and we should be happy to have people like him selling our memberships.

Good to see bouquets given when things go right at the Club. A memorable pass to Corporate though of Kaspersky. Great stuff.

That is good news. I don't recall the name(s) of the the person(s) in the membership department last year, but they were very helpful and efficient. We received everything, all in readiness prior to the family day.
