thats $600

not bad considering it is already 10% of what the 150 group will each be donating

Nice one, TheShaft.

Donations like this will keep our Club going!

Props.

I'm gonna donate a quarter of my tax return. I have no idea what that will amount to, but I'd say at least $150.

dad and i just bought a raffle ticket

expensive raffle tickets...they are supposed to be $2

not $200

This is a really good idea and should be seriously followed up by the club.

A cool looking little Demon jar sitting on the desk would be great :D

Rogue, i had the same thing as you!

Wrote a pretty long email to the club with various different ideas, and never heard back!

Maybe i should go into the raffle, won two last night haha!!

Nugget, when you told me about this idea it didnt think it would take off but i see it has now expanded and looks quite possible. I already have an old demon money box and i have some loose change every time i go to the tuckshop that i put in there. So i think i already have $40 in 10c and 5c coins so the bank will have a hard time putting that into a cheque. ;)

BTW, the demond is back, the board dont know how they are going to do it yet, but i was told straight from the horse's mouth.

I'm glad I'm not the only one, 45hotgood :)

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.

  • PREVIEW: Carlton

Good evening, Demon fans and welcome back to the Demonland Podcast ... it’s time to discuss this week’s game against the Blues. Will the Demons celebrate Clayton Oliver’s 200th game with a victory? We have a number of callers waiting on line … Leopold Bloom: Carlton and Melbourne are both out of finals contention with six wins and eleven losses, and are undoubtedly the two most underwhelming and disappointing teams of 2025. Both had high expectations at the start of participating and advancing deep into the finals, but instead, they have consistently underperformed and disappointed themselves and their supporters throughout the year. However, I am inclined to give the Demons the benefit of the doubt, as they have made some progress in addressing their issues after a disastrous start. In contrast, the Blues are struggling across the board and do not appear to be making any notable improvements. They are regressing, and a significant loss is looming on Saturday night. Max Gawn in the ruck will be huge and the Demon midfield have a point to prove after lowering their colours in so many close calls.
