The train being extended would probably be too hard. Maybe a shuttle bus system on game days? Arriving a couple of minutes before a train arrives for instance

Why would it be THAT expensive...relatively speaking. The right of way goes right past the facility after all !!

This is the same Casey ( council ) thats spruiiking a bloody monorail elsewhere.

The proposed Cranbourne East station is only 500 m from the Fields !!. A shorter walk than from Richmond to the G !!

all things are possible...esp if Jeff isnt premier !! :rolleyes::lol:

    Hope you're right, and by no means am i proposing to be an expert. Just seemed like it'd cost a lot to extend the train line because there wasn't exactly empty space in between. Then again, money gathered from footy would probably pay it off in the mean time, and it will be necessary in years to come anyway, why not now
