Sicily maybe more affordable than Lever.

Lever has consistent soft-tissue injuries.

Sicily has proven he can play multiple postions very well. He thrives on playing on the edge.

He may have played in multiple positions but saying he has played very well is going over board. 

He is an average footballer and an average bloke

I think O'Brien may be there best young tall but Sicily does have talent, actually the Hawks have a lot of serious young talent with those guys Burton, Howe etc their recruiting is very good.
