the sponsorship of the australian cricket team by kfc in my eyes is a disgrace....
refrred to as the official restaurant of australian cricket..
their role models eating and drinking this cr@p is all okay too!!
time that the government took a stance in this and reviewed the sponsorships....
Agreed
Those KFC ads promoting their food using scenes from real games.

Not for me. It's always finished with Blue. Why change that? The finish must surely rhyme don't you think?Nah don't like it.It only makes me think of elderly people at an RSL singing along
Thanks for your comments- i respect your opinions. I was just seeing what you think of that and also in reply to a previous comment about singing who we are.
Sticking with the end at 'red and blue'
-
For me i sing it with WHADDA WE SIING, but at the end i add in
Every heart beats true, for the Red and the Blue,
As we sing this song to you
(what do we sing)
Should old acquaintance be forgot
Keep your eye on the Red and the Blue of Melbourne
What do you think?

This is actually a reprimand for being the most unfulfilled high draft pick of all time.
He didn't actually touch Morris... or the ball, hence the reprimand.
Correct and very funny
-
Watch out for Whispering's take on the top draft hopefuls after the national carnival - coming soon.
Will do. Will be interesting what WJ has to say

I would keep him on the list for another year, and see if he proves himself and if not then trade

Yes, i live in Rooty Hill, its not a bad place to live, everything is central
But for team West Sydney.... I will lnot support it, i stick with the MFC

I'd prefer that we have a game plan designed around our players strengths, I am completely over having our game plan based on another team.
Same here

Bell looked lost again today. Bell is an excellent spectator - he watches it all happen around him.
He took some good steps last season, however he's the weak link in our backline.
As they say 2 steps forward and 3 steps back
How You Became A Melbourne Supporter :)
in Melbourne Demons
Posted
I never really supported the AFL when i was younger.
But in year 12 we were studying a play called "The Club" by david williamson, not bad, we also hate to watch the dvd and it was based on collingwood. Since i didn't know any better, i stated supporting collingwood. (Please dont hit me!)
Then one night in kmart a saw for $4 the 2002 season highlights of the Melbourne Demons. I watched it and found this team to be a lot better than the filth, so i decided the MELBOURNE DEMONS are my team. This is about 2004
Since here in Sydney you dont find much melbourne gear i found a shop that did and bought as much melbourne supporter gear as i could.
I have been a member of this great club since 2008. I am also trying to convince my Geelong supporting mate to support the dees.
In addition i also support the Pennant Hills Demons of the Sydney AFL Comp
Go dees now and forever
