  1. I don't need anything to make me feel important, Liverpudlian, self esteem has never been a problem, I just got on with the players and officials mainly because I treated them as human beings and never trashed them either verbally or on here. Any time I have had the opportunity to ask questions of anybody at the Club, I have, again I don't feel the need to hide behind a nickname on a forum and bag, I also questioned any answer if I didn't like it. I just don't advertise. At present we have had a couple of issues that have been all over the media, both of which now seem to have gone away and to quote the old English adage, today's news, tomorrow's chip paper. Stringer and the fall out from the weekends coming finals will soon take over. The membership is still reasonable, sponsors are tied up on multi years deals, we are clearing space on the list, the home training base is being looked into, only other issues I can see are Lawrence (as so called supporter of the club) and the other which we can't talk about. I don't feel there is a need to apologise for anything at the moment, because I take no notice of the media or the pundits, there raison d'etre is click bait or listeners/viewers, they don't care how they do it or who it impacts. I do note that Cornes has jumped ship, I wonder if the culture at 9 is the reason.
  2. Oops computer nervous breakdown and collapse, knew I shouldn't post on this forum.
  3. So, a few equals a lot of, how do you know what your are stating is correct, I acknowledge there are a handful on this forum, but they have been kicking the club and anything associated with it for as long as I can remember. Again also you have not stated what they need to review, you are similar to others on here and basing the call on rumour, hearsay etc. I agree there is always one or two employees at any organisation that may have a personal axe to grind and will happily leak anything that the think will undermine the person(s) they have the issue with. This is now I think the leaks are emanating and assume the club is trying to find out who they are. Culture is an overused word, what exactly is culture, please explain.
  4. How does Gary Pert sleep at night knowing you don't trust him. And again what are the issues the board need to review? Do we review the supporters who didn't turn up on a Saturday night and embarrassed the club?
  5. Actually he is not, is it twaddle because you don't agree with his opinion, everybody can have an opinion on here, it won't impact anything. The players and staff have been told not to read Demonland, apart from the posters the only other readers are journalists and pundits, or click baiters to give them their proper title now. I find it hilarious that everybody is calling for a review, reviews happen at the end of every season, both from a footy viewpoint and administrative. And unlike on here, everybody is listened to.
  6. Oh no another load media of bulldust bites the dust......interesting that the Club’s toxic culture allows frank discussion of all opinions and views......maybe Demonland could take a leaf
  7. Oh no 33 pages on Demonland based on an unsubstantiated rumour, I am shocked, but then again.......
  8. Do we need four or five topics/threads discussing the same thing on Demonland? I thought posters on here knew where to look?
  9. Your opinion, which I respect, but I have the same opinion of a lot of posters on this topic also. If Kane Cornes or Tom Morris pass wind, we have posters on here saying, "can you smell something"
  10. Bit early to start drinking, and what experience has he had overseeing a business.
  11. Nothing wrong with the interview, played a straight bat to questions that were trying to draw more. I agree, anything to do with the Footy Department is Footy Department to handle. Give it a couple of days and the media vultures will move on to something else. Just a question is there something wrong with both St Kilda and West Coast that Josh Battle and Tom Barass want to trade out of their respective clubs?
  12. You answered acknowledged one dot point and.....
  13. There are issues, mostly within the Footy Dept to sort out, hence why we have Alan Richardson, Simon Goodwin and the Club psychologist. The only major one we have to do with anything else is Mr Lawrence taking us to court and costing the club money. Still over 60,000 I was in ringing around when it was down around 32000, so not bad, but then again we have supporters who only support when there is success, hence the pitiful Saturday night attendances, I can say this because I have not missed a home game for 15 years. Because I support the team and I trust the Board to sort out the problems and not have a sulker who didn't get voted on to the Board creating issues.
  14. I don't get them because I was given a choice for some, Mr Lawrence didn't give me a choice.
  15. Are you speaking from experience in creating a Greenfield project, I have the experience, it is like drawing teeth, it is not completed in weeks or maybe months. Do you want an update.....it is progressing
  16. What issues with the board, there is only two Lawrence, which was held in a public court. The other we can't talk about but they bleat to the press not the Club The doctor talked to the press not the Club. Which players did we miss out on? Rumours about Goodwin, correct rumours The membership numbers are in the same ball park, according to you they have dropped, wrong. They are not a powerful voice, it is the media, click baiters extroadinaire.
  17. But what are the problems?
  18. Stated by both of them. Or just rumour/hearsay. If I hear them say it and the reasons, then I will make call, no individual is bigger than the team.
  19. Personal insult way to go. Imploded in what way?. Tracc has actually stated he wants out?
  20. Of what? if you voted for it, you must know what is wrong, care to elucidate? Lack of membership? Lack of sponsorship? Massive debt? Being taken to court by a so called supporter?
  21. I haven't got a point I am asking what is going to be reviewed and why you are on this topic, I thought you could enlighten me or do you think there shouldn't be a review, your thoughts?
  22. Sorry I thought it was a draw in the judgement and any successful litigant always pursues costs.
  23. Easily pleased then, I heard from Kate Roffey a couple of weeks ago
  24. Sorry, no surely elections are part of the review? And a panel to identify if any, I thought. a lot of posters on here know what they are, they just can't say.
