  1. That might not be a bad idea. Like a Black Book of our bets. Where did Osborne run? Missed that.
  2. Sorry missed that Macca......frantically busy the last days. Glad JJ agrees with me tho~lol ! Peaceful State gets up. Is this our day?
  3. Moss trip?
  4. Tequila Time~!! You beauty.
  5. Opps, my mistake then. Sorry about that. Bet still stands tho.
  6. James Joyce gets a winner, quinella and trifecta from his 4 picks in race 3. I liked Manuel too.
  7. Indeed. I forgot the game was on today......still raining heavily here. Saw Darren Weir got the first at Morphetville for a lazy $5.00. When are they going to do a film about him~! Yes the Cats are down at Cat Park, hence its pretty good thing on a wet day i would think.
  8. Yes as soon as i posted, he kicked one and the Swans got up in the end. Lets hope Charlie Spargo has a day out soon. He looks to have a few party tricks up his sleeve. Which brings me to this weeks multi. Morphetville Race 4 Tequila Time Plc $1.55 (must run a place) Melbourne 1-39 pts $2.12 (because we never thrash teams) (yet)! Melbourne Storm +13 pts $1.57 (will smash them at home) Port Adelaibe/ Adelaide Crows Either side by less than 15.5 pts. $2.60 (SA Darby nearly always goes down to the wire) Fremantle H2H $1.48 (will smash the Saints over there after we demoralized them last week) St George Illawarra $1.60 (Side going very strong atm) Geelong Cats 1-39 $2.24 (close one but Cats to get up over the pies at Cat park) (only Sydney and Melbourne can beat them down there) $71.15 for your $1.00 outlay.
  9. So our Best for today is: Doomben R9 No.2 Higher Ground $3.40 Morphettville Race 4 No 1 Tequila Time $3.60 Morphettville Race 7 No.3 Leicester $ 4.40 Not bad this week @ $53.85 for your $1.00 outlay. Get on folks and good luck today.
  10. Im on. Nice picking guys. Now for my best today: Race 4 Morphettville No 1 Tequila Time Sorry for the late call, been a bit busy. Peaceful State R5 No1 will win as well, but its a bit short @ $1.90
  11. You were my first thought for Michelle Dee Zephyr....if i see Rachel having a coffee in Ballarat ill tell her. I was an extra in our production.......you will see me in a month when its edited......Hawks are up, dont ya hate that.
  12. How can you leave out Redzel? Are we going to leave it ot for the win? I dont think we will, so ill throw it in as my pick.
  13. Hi yall, been working very late hours on a film production at my house, just got my computer and internet back...forgive me i havent even had a look. God its pissing down here, over 50mm in the rain gauge and i think its got a leak! Theyre also shooting Michelle Paynes film here in the main st. Rachel Griffiths directing. Red letter day here in the town. Im happy with the Doomben 10,000.....Best bets....? Its gonna be hard in the wet....
  14. Sounds like the AFL......
  15. 6m in China? You get less for murder ! No wonder they dont bother......how does 6m in China free an animal of any illness or disease it may be carrying? Someone needs to rework that. I almost suspect theyre trying to shield our racing industry form gun horses.
  16. Really....i didnt know that. I sort of wondered why some never come here. But the Japanese horses come.....
  17. They should throw in I Victory just to make it impossible to pick~!
  18. In the meantime im interested in the cashout offer on The Max multi from now until Brownlow night. The initial stake was $3.00. Max is currently the same odds as when the bet was placed 26/1. The 5 legs completed were worth around 13/1. The cash out offer at the moment stands at a whopping $27.19. The bet payout is $1009.81, with one leg remaining. We will see as Big Max storms toward September, and if his odds come in from 26 as he gains momentum through the season, what the cash out offer on my $3.00 bet will become. Stay tuned to a Day at the Races to find out...
  19. Ok, well fail this week, only 4 out of 7. Pleasuring was damn unlucky to miss a place running fourth. Ditto Savapinski, chopped up track by the last didnt help. The Waratahs went down despite a last gasp and were never going to make the line. Not a real long way off it, so ill be back next week. I did put one smart multi on earlier in the week, mainly to try and give Max some decent Brownlow odds. I took, Broncos, Hawks, Warriors and Cronulla all H2H and Melbourne 1-39 (thank god for the last gasp StKilda goal with 21 sec left)....into Big Max for the Brownlow. Ive ended up now looking at $1009.81 for 3 bucks if Max can pull it off. This is where multis can sometimes help increase the odds of a specific pick, another reason i like them.
  20. One thing ive never understood is there added on time for injuries in injury time? That goalie has more tape than a an Egyptian mummy..
  21. A multi a day keeps the doctor away....
  22. Thanks i switched it on.. Which stadium is it at? Jeez, Sharks almost blew it....they were like 16/4 up....20-22 in the end....becareful what you wish for.
  23. Is that on FTA? Lights out?? Yup multis with margins are the hardest, but well worth it when you get them. I actually took Cronulla H2H as well. Lapinski knocked me out of about 4 multis, in one case the last leg of a 5 leg multi. I didnt realize how many times i kept picking it. Track was a bit chewed up by the last race i guess... EDIT: Right on que the EEls get a few trys......
  24. Kentucky Darby is always a fun race....... How are the Waratahs looking Macca? They were down a bit earlier, but have picked up...
  25. Ouch.
