There were two brilliant passages of play. That first chase and tackle on CJ was perfect on the back flank. One minute later, his repeated scrambles for the ball against two hawthorn opponents resulted in a goal to Kysaiah.

The forward pressure he brings is one of the main reasons for our turnaround this year.it was missing early on yesterday but once we started locking it in our forward line, the flood gates opened.

This kid is a pure joy to watch.

I know everyone has says this, but we've had nobody like him since the early Aaron Davey.

I wouldn't waste your time, Jaded and Hardtack.  P2J is clearly an adolescent attention-seeking troll getting his jollies by continuing to post such risible nonsense in the hope of getting a reaction.

Yes, that's what I was thinking. I asked him a while back how old he was. From his posts, I figured he was about fourteen. Even the conservatives among the rest of us can usually mount a cogent argument.

Also, the votes from the cities tend be counted later. Country votes Republican. City votes Democrat... largely.

Many of the swing states had Republican legislatures which forbade the counting of absentee and postal ballots until the upfront ones were counted. This was because they knew that Democrats - quite sensibly wary of the virus - were less likely to vote in person.  Diaper Don's plan was to win the first day, scream fraud as the absentees rolled in, then try and sue his way to the Supreme Court, where he thought he had the numbers. This litigious technique is how he's conducted his whole career.

The result was cartoonish. I've lost count of how many morons I've seen fuming: 'Trump had rallies with thousands of people! Biden had only drive-ins. How could our man have lost?' Or 'We went to bed winning, and woke up to find we were behind. We was robbed!'

Laughable. And The Diaper's laughing the hardest - laughing all the way to the bank as his idiotic acolytes hand over their hard-earned. $200 mill last I heard.

His war cry: that fat orange smirk as he mutters: 'Oh I love the poorly educated!'

Rejected by the Supreme Court in a 9 to 0 verdict.  This means that even the members of SCOTUS appointed by Trump in an attempt to stack the numbers in his favour saw this for the unmitigated BS it always was.

Hilarious. Even Clarence Thomas couldn't find a shred of evidence to justify his usual automatic support for the Republicans. The clown car is crashing to a halt. Diaper Don's gone. All he's doing now is fleecing his befuddled followers so they can pay off his debts. His most telling quote so far: 'Oooh I love the poorly educated.'

Hey Grr-owl - I must have eating my kids' hash cookies and been transported into another universe - either that or the Russians have hacked my brain. You quoted me saying something pro Diaper Don - about him having photos of suitcases of votes coming in - I don't think I said this. I've never said anything positive about him - he's a narcissistic monster.

Hey while we're here - my apologies if somebody's already listed this, but check out Randy Rainbow's Stable Genius on Youtube

Must stop reading these things so late at night - I can't understand what you're getting at - what do you mean 'Hillary v Trump was a whitewash?''

Wrecker, you seem like an intelligent fellow - would you mind explaining to me what McEnany was talking about when she talked about the probability of Biden's winning those swing states being less than 'one-in-a-quadrillion'?

I am born and bred Israeli. I can tell you that those 'peace' treaties are nothing but financially motivated by both sides. It has nothing to do with peace. The UAE and Israel have not been at war. They simply had no diplomatic relationships, but there was no war. These deals with signed to allow tourism into UAE and to open the flight paths.

As for the Jerusalem move, it was an unnecessary distraction in what is already a fragile environment, and it fixed nothing in real terms.

Please look into the history of the scum that is the PM of Israel, so you can better understand why he and  Trump have such a great working relationship. Both are in power to save their own [censored] from a long line of lawsuits, and both have twisted their own beliefs to suit whatever narrative helps them stay there. Natanyahu hasn't been able to form a majority government for years (3 elections or was it 4?). He just plays lapdog to whichever other political party will side with him to form a coalition, including the ultra Orthodox who are basically bleeding the country dry while refusing to serve in the military or work.

    But I digress.

Excellent post. Trump is probably greasing the wheels for his future wheeling and dealing in the UAE.

Most amusing thing about that press conference - Rudy's star witness turned out to have done time (did I hear three years?) for sex crimes including exposing himself to teenage girls. Fine feller. No wonder Rudy felt they had a lot in common).

America is just insane right now. Getting up to 250,000 dead and all the mad king is doing is sitting in his castle watching Fox and moaning on Twitter. Not a scintilla of leadership - not a word of support or consolation. The only thing that's got him off his lard ars* is spending 5 minutes at a Remembrance Day service - and even then he and his little gang couldn't bring themselves to wear masks, thereby potentially turning it into another super-spreader.

That gets us nowhere. We're all human beings.

How, for example, would you describe your average Trump-supporting Proud Boy? What is it that distinguishes him from, say, your average epidemiologist? Or Emergency Doctor?

What should he have done? What power did he have to close down the States like the Premiers of Australian States did?

Wouldn't it be the State Governors that wield this power?

What do you think Joe will do to stop the deaths? Give me an example.

He could have - oh, I don't know - supported the science, not turned mask-wearing into a political statement, told the truth, refrained from telling his adoring followers not to be afraid of the virus, not supported quack cures, not held super-spreading events.

Been a leader, rather than the vector-in-chief.

What sort of a racist comment is that?

Hmmm - maybe - but if racism means unfair criticism of members of another ethnic group, then I plead not guilty, since I'm a member of the same group (white person of European descent)

looking at all those people like the ones Pollyanna showed us back in the Jordan Klepper interviews - hoovering up Trump's Q-anon BS - now they're waving their guns around and crying 'we was robbed' - they don't strike me as rocket scientists - what would you describe them as?

Endless wars and endless islamic terror are back on the menu now that the swamp might be back in charge.

It was a beautiful 4 years of peace under President Trump.  No new wars, troops pulled out of the middle east, peace deals galore. Some people just don't understand how great they have had it.  Once ISIS is back in the news 24/7 they might wake up.

And now China will have free reign to do as they please.

You had all better pray the Supreme Court takes the mass voter fraud seriously and that Biden doesn't get anywhere near the White house.

One thing in there I agree with - for all of his faults, Trump didn't start any wars (unlike the last Republican in the White House) Mind you, his war on science (in regard to both climate change and the pandemic)  will cost a lot more lives.

Who ran it if not Obama? Joe was missing in action, particularly after bedtime, I'd say that Obama was more visible that Joe ever was. I doubt that the Democrats would trust Joe with a sustained campaign.

Personally I don't care who won, other than it's obvious that Joe has the early stages of dementia and will struggle to remain coherent for much longer, sad to see a politician that's drifting off to the land of sundowners. Also his dealings with his son and the acceptance of underhand payments was conveniently swept under the rug by the media and social media.

Harris will be in power before the first term ends and will lose office and never be elected at the end of it. I don't think she is the most popular Democrat in the ranks.

I'm just glad its all over, I am sick of the whole debacle.

In other words you've no idea. Just a 'gut feeling'?

    Votes 2016

Clinton - 65,853,514 More Americans voted for Hillary Clinton than any other losing presidential ... and certified final election results from all 50 states and the District of Columbia

    Trump - 62,984,828

Trump polled over 70 million this time so i don't think that his supporters shifted away from him. He now has the honour of having the highest number of votes for a losing presidential candidate.

I'm not a Trump fan but I'm not a Biden fan either and doubt he will last twelve months, so it will be Harris as President for the majority of this term, unless he can get Obama to run the office for him the same way he ran his campaign,

What I hate is the way any Trump supporter is labelled a Redneck, Racist, uneducated white trash, this in itself is racist, you don't have to be coloured to suffer racial abuse, not on this forum, anyway.

Any evidence that Obama 'ran his campaign'?

Made a few speeches in the final days? Yes. Ran his campaign? Not that I saw.

Do you really think that blacks and hispanics were somehow tricked by Trump? 18% of black men and 35% of the Latino vote all too stupid to work Trump out.

As well as being lazy analysis, it is patronising and condescending. Dare i say it, RACIST. You have absolutely no clue what you are talking about.

I suggest you listen to some black intellectuals to get a handle on whats really going on. The likes of Glenn Loury, John McWhorter, Coleman Hughes etc. They will give you a much better understanding of what black americans really think rather than the dangerous nonsense that the NYT and Guardian spout.

Trump and his influence on the Republican party is not going away. If you don’t make a genuine effort to understand Trumpism and the people who voted for him (70 million odd) you will never be able to combat or respond to it effectively.

    Good day to you Macca.

Fair enough, but you need to be more accurate. Of course, no ethnic group is monolithic. But when you say  that reading Loury etc will give you a better understanding of what black Americans really think, you should admit that they're barely representative. According to this:

    https://www.vox.com/2020/11/4/21537966/trump-black-voters-exit-polls

only 8% of black voters voted for Trump.

Hmmm...you may be right. But he is still a politician of sorts. How about we compromise? He's a swindling, bullsh*tting, conning, bullying, cheating, mentally-challenged, sexually-predatory, illiterate politician?

  20. OMG. How dumb is The Dumpster? Dunning-Kruger on steroids. Telling all his white-trash followers to come out and vote on election day (never mind the virus - doesn't matter to him - he's already had it) and then screaming 'I won' when the first day's results put him in front.

Yesterday's 'press conference':  broken man blues. Even his hair transplant knew the jig was up.

Dumbest politician since Dan Quayle. Craziest since George the Third.

Has not the State of Maine been settled?

Yep but Biden is over 200k behind in Michigan with 82% of the vote counted.  He'd need to get a move on

But Biden bridged a 100k deficit in Wisconsin in quick time.  Hasn't won there yet but 95% of the vote has been counted in Wisconsin

Just listening to Planet America - looks to me like there may well be enough in the early votes and postals to get Biden over the line - if the Supremes let him.
