OK - I'll get back to you with a list when I get a chance to write something up....On the condition that you can guarantee me that you are being honest by saying you are genuinely interested in who I would have picked. If you are more interested in trying to find faults in my previous statement about me being able to put together a better list then you are wasting my time and you can go off and try and be right with someone else. If you want me to be honest with you then you have to be honest with me also. So which is it?
May put that one in the too hard basket!
Good god, stop the presses! You played golf with your mate?! Unbelievable.
My mate the HP sauce

went to a bbq today and had my first horse meat hamburger
bit gamey but, and gave me the trots
No good. You better gallop off to the loo then

Personally, after reading all these threads on the drafting boards. I have been groupthunk into believing that all the players we could be looking have massive downsides. None of them are worthy of pick 3.
And no matter which one we take will be the wrong choice.
I reckon they will just stick a whole lot of marbles in a barrel and pick one out!
-
That's a pretty redundant question given the benefit of hindsight.
Yes. And even if we had of picked the other stars we overlooked, our player development was shite!
-
Reminds me of a story I was told about a football club I played for up North in a mining town that was located in a desert.
Side note, the team jumper was the same as the MFC
I was told that to help fund raise for the construction of a new club house/change rooms they had parties where they put their keys into a container...
Do I need to say any more?
Hey, that's how I got my wife!
-
Going a cheapie tonight "LJ' Jones Winery Rutherglen. If you haven't had it, I guarantee it is bliss!
-
Love the pic of the nipple sucking raven haired beauty. Reminds me of my wife with something else in her mouth!

Agree and as I have said before The midfield issues are being addressed ! We also have a better Half Back and Half Forward line to play.
Can I ask this when did we last have a KPF with a bit of Mongrel?? Think probably Nieta and Schwarta! That's it
So we have a chance to grab a kid who has got Mongrel in spades, Takes contested Grabs, Kicks well for goal and is agile!!
PLUS HE MODELS HIS GAME ON TOM HAWKINS AND JON BROWN !!
SHEEIT I'D TAKE HIM JUST FOR HIS AMBITION ALONE!! WHO ELSE IS SO BOLD!?
Forget Lever and Leverde for reasons provided above! we already have enough of these already !
BUT WHAT WE DON'T HAVE IS ENOUGH TRUE KPF
If we overlook this kid and someone else takes him and he makes an immediate impact Then several things will happen
I will hark back to the shizen recruiting that saw Ollie Wines become an overnight sensation
I will seriously question our recruiting staff and
I will struggle to continue to support an administration that has got it wrong YET AGAIN!!
Demonland will also go into a complete meltdown!
Meltdown come on down! Played golf today with my mate and he has CATEGORICALLY said we will be taking LEVER (i did it in capitals for you who can't read so well!). So there you go!

Any of you delinquents interested in a night at Wongs in Elsternwick, for chinese food, reasonably priced, on the 2nd of December 2014, to discuss our drafting trading and coming season?
Old Dee and myself will be there, with hopefully WJ and Belzebub.
Bit far from Portsea!
-
Because:
1. Roos doesn't do the drafting
2. Where did he categorically say this, at a private supporters meeting
3. If he doesn't rate the forwards how can he rate the key defender?
I think you will find he said it on his Foxfooty program whatever its called?

Err Roughead 193cm David Hale 201cm And buddy the last couple of years at 196cm aswell.
Pretty sure you do need big haulking forwards come finals time.
No brainer.
In GF Hale played little or no part (was he playing?), and you have the others in a nutshell Roughhead 193, Gunston 193cm, Breust 184cm. None of these are big hulking forwards!
-
Any particular recipe? And what kind of berries?
300ml juice, 5 tablespoons (heaped) greek yoghurt, 2-3 bananas, handful of berries (black, red, blue - whatever), chuck in a teaspoon of chia seeds if you like
-
Give your mates from golf a call.
Good get but obviously my golf mates dont know everything!
-
The Hawks have shown that you dont need big hulking forwards to be successful! What you do need is taller high quality mids. That is where we will be going in the draft. Forget Mccartin....again!
-
Fyfe was not drafted as a midfielder. It tyrned out ok.
Roos has said he doesnt draft talls.
it is expected that Petracca will go pick one.
I am told we have firm interest in lever and laverde for pick 3. Source called hogan contract extension offer way before the media and luke shuey pursuit before it was in media.
It doesnt matter who you tell this to NSC noone believes it. As we have been saying you will all see come draft day!

Had any good banana cake recently, Redleg? Where can you get the best banana smoothie these days?
At my place. When I'm not drinking it has to be one of my favourites. Gotta have berries in it though!
-
No Paul Prymke? or Warren Dean?
-
Bananas
Health
Good Woman
You and me both!
-
I can do 3 out of 5 there OD.
Bananas, health and grandchildren?

Pick 3 being our last live pick doesn't sit fantastically well with me I've got to say.
I hope Newton and Frost add something long term to the club, as they are essentially our second and third round picks. Taking non-22 players from other clubs at the expense of the draft seems risky, though I accept that the draft is risky too.
Interesting times.
Don't worry Nasher. Don't think it will be the case. I believe 40 will be used, and a list change to come soon.
Evans, Terlich and McKenzie I agree, but I reckon Matt Jones is good depth.
Don't agree here. Matt Jones is extremely overated. As my mate says " A good player for the opposition!"

No, I think you still get the Sly Dog for turning a Trifecta into a good reason for a hozontal folk dance on the dining setting.
On the other hand, BBO's story about Halloween could earn him the title Mangey Dog. But the name of such a wine is so off putting I doubt it would sell many dozen.
And there's still the decision to be made about who on DL deserves the unawarded vintage: Rabid Dog.
Reckon there's a few possibilities (can think of 5) in line for that one.
Who said anything about the kitchen setting? Bench!

Enough for me to listen. Some things don't come to fruition, but they were talked about as they come out in the media. Best was Roos in late May 2013.
