Was never a member of the cheersquad but bought my one and only dufflecoat in 1985, had 14 Rod Grinter on the back

Not sure what his name is mate, last time i saw him was 1994 at an after match function.

I was watching some old melbourne replays from the late 80's, two members of our cheersquad get alot of tv tme, i remember them well. A middle aged man wearing an 80's light blue hoodie with no.45 stitched on the back and a young tall fellow with blonde spiked hair. I wander what happened to these two, anyone know ?

I would as well but i wouldnt be surprised if he was after a change of scenery.

I dont think Garland will stay after this season. i think he'll do a Rivers, i found it surprising he asked not to be considered for this years leadership group. I can't see Roos cutting and paying out contracted players, Jones & Terlich will stay Retired- Jamar Delist - Garland (FA), Trengove, Bail, McKenzie, Hunt Trade Options - Howe, Watts, Grimes, Dawes Rookie Promotion - Vandenberg, Harmes Rookie Retain - White, King

It was the Pre Season draft we planned on taking him back, rookie lists were introduced in 1996
