Umpiring is embarrassing. So Chandler gets taken high but continues to play on as no call. Then as he's attempting to kick the goal the ump calls the free but then says he's taking advantage. Geelong tossing it around like a rugby ball.... never called. Viney attempts an overhead HB and according to the commentators he "may have got a fist to it" .... pinged straight away.

Atkins just put a bear hold on Tracc. No free lol. Fritta there's a time to snap and there's a time to try and handball to someone in a better position. How was that not front on to Smith. Max clearly impeded/blocked running to the contesy there.... completely ignored by the 4th umpire who is supposed to be there to call those!!! 4th umpire is a crock of shiiiiite!!!! Send his pay $$ back and put them in to training these blokes how to interpret correctly and actually paying the frees that are there and not paying the ones that arent!

So the Geelong guy on the kick in mark clearly takes two to three steps over the imaginary line prior to May being called play on but nothing to see here. Kozzy takes one step amd looked very close to the play on call for mine and was pinged straight away.

We are our own worst enemy with the last kick inside 50 and / or when kicking from the arc. How some of our boys don't know their limitations by now and play for it accordingly is astounding in this area.

HTB took on the tackler.... but nup. Not one ump had the brains/guts to call it.

Why are those who arent renowned at short medium pass kicking trying to thread the needle on the 45s.... gifting them turnovers in the worst place to do so across HB. What a shambles so far. All at sea coming off HB.

Lingers decision making & disposal has been woeful so far. Must have 3 turnovers already and one poor option handball that sold Max into trouble in the middle early on resulting in their 1st goal.

When are our boys going to glance inside 50 first and at least try and kick to our forward's advantage on occasions? Instead we continue to rush our kick with the olde high looping tumble punt. Guthrie on Picket is a big win for the Cats atm. No one front and square at any marking contests so far. Our small and mediums just don't get to where they need to be often enough to impact and assist. I think Kozzy may have been at the drop of one spillage but over ran the ball. Kozzy & Chandler need a rocket message off the bench and need it now. Get to the front of the contests. And certainly no flying for pack marks!! Shouldve been a major focus in the build up but so far doesn't appear any message, if there was one, has sunk in.

Just reinforces how deeply the AFL (and related Corporate Elites / benefactors) are in bed with the Cats. Some serious $$ and conflicts of interest happening with decision making. Even more so than the regular AFL tripe/bias they dish up.
