We play with our mates and push each other to be the best players we can be. We don’t go drinking with our coaching group, they are there for guidance not social activities. A rebuild is “building”. You don’t keep ageing stars in a rebuild. Have a look at hawthorn and Richmond. We have max we have lever we have Viney we have melksham, there is also a few guys in the 25-28 yo bracket on the list to help develop the young guys. Potentially Flanders and miochek to come in too

Trac was relatively open with the club that he was dissapointed with the culture and professionalism of Clarry. and was one of the reasons he wanted to leave last year, wonder if we said to trac if we get rid of the "trouble" would you stay. *this is only rumor mongering but thought about it today

thats one thing we can agree on mate. It annoys me the media vitriol but thats what they are paid to do. I think Claz is a lot more mature this year and would be open to exploriing a new role and helping the team
