Isn't this only a guide for Compo picks when a free agent leaves. I don't see any reason why picks should matter to what a team is willing to pay in $$$. If lever is worth a first and second, or some people saying two first rounders, that's fine as it's what he's worth on the market. What another team is willing to pay in dollars shouldn't come into the equation.
