  1. Good one Chop.

Any chance of a slo-mo version for those of us with challenged neurone speed?

Great work how long did it take you to do all of that? and if possible could you have one that's also slowed down a little bit? love looking at all the past information about the club. :)

Yeah, no problem, I'll just double the frame rate, export it and upload to youtube.

Should be up in 20 - 30 minutes.

  2. Unrelated, but has anyone considered the fact that in 2009, the young, non-AFL player/Richmond supporting Tom Scully was watching the round 18 Melbourne V Richmond match with his Dad? They were likely well aware that Scully would be considered for the no.1 draft selection, and that the McMahon kick after the siren could potentially be the difference between joining the Dees and his beloved Tigers.

Imagine the scene - McMahon trots in, kicks..... and goal!!! After that kick, while many Melbourne fans were celebrating, the Scully family would probably have been on the floor in agony.

    Just a thought.

Now, back to your bickering folks.

  3. rpfc you seem to have a fixation on all this mfcss and handwringing stuff. Instead of trying to be demonlands's resident psychologist maybe you need to see a counsellor about your own fixation B)

at this stage I don't know who or what to believe, but it does seem that this will not be resolved for months and months. This means (no matter what you and your ilk counteract with) that I'm going to have this sour taste in the back of my mouth for a long time. It may not be too rational but i'm a passionate supporter and at the end of the day i'm more ruled by the heart than the mind. It really is going to ruin or at least take the edge of what was looking to be a very enjoyable and anticipated season.

"It's my footy club and I'll cry if I want......cry if I want" (apologies to LG)

    Word to that...

  4. Indeed, a brilliant film that came out about the same time as the original (and depressing) Fail Safe... I recall seeing them as a double feature. Along with Being There, Dr S was Peter Sellers' finest moment.

"Gentlemen, please stop fighting, this is the War Room!" (not Sellers)

Actually, that was a Sellers line (You can't fight in here, this is the war room!).

  5. Im new here but i am guessing that when you start your opinion with "it is obvious" when it really isnt obvious then ridicule is gonna happen

Give it a rest - it's obvious that the post was my opinion, like every one of yours on this thread. You guys are just looking to cause trouble like half the demons fans on these forums. Try to reply to posts without the toolishness.

    Find a hobby or something.

  6. I'm one of those who are concerned that he'll be taken by another side (as I have been since he was first drafted). But thinking about it, Scully is supposed to be one of the most fanatic AFL players out there - a premiership has been his dream since he was at auskick age. He MAY see that as more important than doubling his salary (yeah right, would any of you guys?). Besides, GC and GWS will be very good sides by their third or fourth years - our future nemesis sides - so their may be a lure there as well.

That aside, the fact that the club are yet to sign him should be a big concern - they have obviously been trying to do so for a while now (ever since they convinced Trengove to extend his contract to three years, anyone??), but so far, no dice. Then there's the fact that GWS are talking to him/his management. Yet he is still to sign.

Management are supposed to be practical. Yes, they do go for the best deal, but they are also aware of the risks of holding out to sign. What if he does a knee before the season's end? What does that do to his value?

No, it should be obvious to us all. If he hasn't signed by round one, he's already decided to leave. The GC experience should have taught us all how it will go.

Just my opinion!! Calm down (in advance).

  7. Hey everybody,

Just a note to say hi, not just to get used to this site's different format and introduce myself, but also to find the other Demonologists.

You see, I've decided to defect from Demonology. I'm sick of the infighting, but mainly have been frustrated by the lack of diversity among the membership there - no new members have been allowed to join that site in over a year and a half!!! Good way to kill a website forum. I like a lot of the people there, but the place is getting more and more boring - having only 20-odd regular posters is yawnville.

Anyway, like I said - hey.
