Small forwards didn’t show up last night.
Chandler was unlucky last week and hopefully gets recognised next outing.

The good old Geelong at Geelong thing ( the first game they put in the draw each year) even better this year on a Thursday night. So easy for supporters to get there.
No seats anyway l suppose.
I’d like the stats for all the other Victorian clubs visits over past 20 years.

Profess to know how this ends ,but in Taylor we trust. I think we owe him that.
Hypothetically could he already already have a satisfactory result in his back pocket on this?
The younger Brayshaw keeps rolling around in my head.
Surely he would want to play with his brother at some point and if he wanted too ,have an at worst, equally compelling case to come home.
Remember, the years are rolling by.
Would Jacko really want to go to Freo for say the cost of young Brayshaw who could be the reigning Brownlow medalist?
l mean what a cross to wear, that could be😳
l think if he has a half decent manager, he stays for two years doesn’t he?

Seems to me that we have 3 major contract issues.
1. Oliver
2. Jackson
3.Brayshaw
To get them all done satisfactorily would be a terrific win.
To get two of them done with a couple of first rounders or satisfactory player swap coming our way would be a pass.
To get only one done would seem to be a fail IMO
If it can be established that Freos $10 mill over 7 offer is real ( which l very much doubt) then why would we want to be in a silly deal like that? Performance based $7 mill over 7 much more realistic maybe.

Rivers in , releases Salem or Brayshaw to go forward for either Harmes of ANB.

Thought Turner showed quite positive signs for a first gamer and will only benefit from the experience. Seemed to read the play ok and had some competitive body size.

I really don’t know why Weid, Smith or M. Brown are on our list. We might dream they will come good, but in reality we know what we are going to get.
Tommy Mac is an old battling warrior too.
Those involved in delivering a balanced and dangerous forward set up haven’t got it right IMO.Not only have we fallen in a somewhat predictable hole this year, what do we do with these blokes next year and beyond?
But we love slow midgets and use most of our draft picks on them.

Slow midgets team again.
We’ve managed to turn back the clock.ANB and Harmes ( both senior players pulled out of contests) Sparrow also limited with speed against lightning Collingwood runners.
Young Van Rooyen must come in because he simply couldn’t play worse than Mitch Brown.

I think the side did better last year kicking for goal as they instinctively looked for someone in a better position. They shared it around more and seemed to know it would be delivered.
At the game tonight there was a fair bit of blazing away.
Just hope we can tighten up on the unselfish acts in front of the sticks.

I'm still working on whether Goodwin is a good coach.
No romance in this for me. Billy Stretch for instance, was a third round pick.
Only question for me is that he is the best player available at the pick they take him.

Should we politely request that the umpires who gave the 2 and 3 votes to Adelaide in round 22 excuse themselves from the grand final?
Findlay was one of them and seems he’s doing the GF.

They looked hungry and on, right from the start.
Great effort.

Sad to hear the news.
Wonderful bloke, great leader, very good player.
Very tough on the field, complete gentleman off it.
