  1. They kept up the big scoring against the Proteas Jack only to be outdone by an even bigger effort from SA.
  2. The boys are off to Zimbabwe today and begin a hectic schedule of cricket in all forms which will last 12 months. Series against India, South Africa, Pakistan and the West Indies will be followed by the all important Ashes series in England from July 2015.
  3. Pom seamers skittling the Indians in the 3rd test, 4/8 at one stage, 5/63 at lunch. Good to see, rock their confidence prior to visiting Oz.
  4. All the more reason to support the Poms and hope they take the sting out of the Indian batsmen before they visit our shores. I reckon we will handle their attack but their batsmen are more than a handful for most.
  5. Not the most likeable chap is Cook however I give him credit for his fighting knock of 95.
  6. Nothing new about electric taps Stewie
  7. Not often I support the Poms, can't stand the Indians for many reasons, not the least being their domination of the game administratively, all because of the mighty dollar or is that rupee..

In any event Tim it's nice to have an Aussie in genuine contention again. Makes the early morning viewing much more enjoyable.
  9. Seems no one else is interested but I'll post nevertheless. The girls have smashed the Poms to make it 3 titles in a row. Perry and Lanning dominated.
  10. Go the Southern Stars.
  11. The Southern stars have shown the guys the way, into their 3rd final in a row with a hard fought semi win over the WI women by 8 runs.

  13. 88 to the Poms, 86 to the Aussies now 60 to the Kiwis, what's going on ?
  14. Meanwhile the Windies have given us a touch up.
  15. Meg bats like a bloke and I don't mean any disrespect to her. She has all the shots and is a pleasure to watch.
  16. No interest in the 20/20 hit and giggle then ? Not surprising.
  17. Pesky partnership between Philander and du Plessis, 6/198 and time for Lyon to chip in.
  18. Harris back to his very best after a poor second innings in the 2nd test, seems the selectors continue to get it right. An outright certainly not out of the question.
  19. 3/111 with the two guns at the crease, De Villiers and Amla are the keys.
  20. The skipper may have won back a few friends with his really gutsy knock last evening, if so, well deserved.
  21. 1/118 at lunch, Warner 75 no, shame he can't control his mouth otherwise he could be a real favourite of the Aussie public.
  22. In Watson, Pattinson Out Marsh, Siddle. We won the toss and chose to bat.
  23. Thanks again I'll email Nasher for help.

  25. You may be able to assist me dee-luded, of late when I reply to a post, the quote does not show in my response. Also when I try to copy and paste, the option to paste is not highlighted when I right click. Any advice or thoughts - thanks.
