That’s even better DJ I enjoy going there to watch Casey when we play there, or perhaps even Coburg for their local ale.

Going on past form in the Girls finals they did care two hoots about how many got in.
-
Every AFL player that makes the paper is " Star AFL player"even if they played 10 games 10 years ago.

A chance, but I definately won't get to Casey.
-
I hope the game is at the punt road ground I can get there.

I hope they weren't on Qantas!

Oh please bring on the season as clearly we all need more to talk about as this thread is demonstrating!

Isn't it a croquet court?
-
Oh no we are training the house down!

Stop digging WCW.

How were the teeth? Mine came with good teeth and no tattoos! Still follows the pies but Dee's get as much support even went with me to the finals last year.

Saying that name on here is close.

I think the number is way bigger than 2 WCW. A lot just do not admit divided loyalties of bygone times.

Funny you should mention the fading red. It has been happening for years. I never put my new year sticker on till April so it has a chance of remaining red for the season.

Carlton has been my second team for a long time. Started in the 70's when I lived in their country zone. Dees were [censored] and they were winning flags.

Does anyone know why hunter seems to absent?

I went along today for a first look for 2023 and I will not pretend to give a run down but I do agree with those who have given long reviews. Petracca did injure his left knee and came off twice to complain to about it but went back on and from the way he played it did not seem to worry him in play. I had the binoculars on him and he seemed to be moving ok. Today I did something I don't think I have done since mobile phones came into regular use. I left it home and without the the player list on it I was struggling with the newer players / numbers etc. Quite a few times I thought that was a nice piece of play but little idea who the player was. Verral looks the goods and after a couple of years to build his body up will help no end. I liked Chandler today I thought he played well. IF anyone doubts the importance of Tmac they should have been there today BOG IMO. Interesting from my view of match play they seemed to constantly go around the flanks with very little through the centre alley. Now that may have been the directions for play today but it concerns me as the play tends to end up in a pocket most of the time. Last year we were constantly ending up trying to kick goals from difficult angles. Interesting that when you watch practise I marvel at the kicking and hand ball accuracy, come game day and it goes to water. As I have said over the years Practice is like dancing with your sister.
