  1. 9 poor or average quarters in a row. Turned our fortunes around finally in the 3rd. Keeping fingers crossed.
  2. Melksham gives the forward line some class.
  3. Weed and Hogan six touches between them. Phantom forward line.
  4. Every time the ball goes to Hogan it comes back.
  5. An infected self inflicted dog bite is a possible reason for his out.
  6. Round 14, 1998. We beat WC in Perth coming off 6 wins in a row. We lost our previous two games by close to 200 points. Turned our season around and only lost one or two games for the remainder of the H&A season. Then again it was regular feast or famine those days. We were all over the place with form.
  7. D Day. Judgement day. Groundhog day. Temporary relief or more excruciating pain is our lot for today.
  8. Let’s pray he is fit and we don’t have another foot injury disaster due to playing him too early.
  9. I remember the days when Hogan was out for a game or two and our forward line thrived.
  10. But OK for the ones that bag Stefan Martin mercilessly?
  11. Well, Richmond have beaten us, Brisbane, Carlton and Hawks. All previous season finals no shows. They may be premiers and top of the ladder but a big call saying they are significanty better than their closest rivals. Last season the Bulldogs were in a similar position and 4/1 after five rounds, still re-living their premiership glory and receiving copious platitudes. Richmond are hot ATM but things can change quickly.
  12. Ah....the tyranny of social media.
  13. At least Carlton get the honour to crap on prime time and not us.
  14. My mother in law was bitten by a dog on the leg and also suffered an infection. Took her a couple of months to shake off completely and couldn’t walk for a long time.
  15. Pity that the men in white coats who give out extra long sleeve shirts don’t work the online forums.
  16. That’s why I called him a low impact bull after Tuesday’s game. Just laid back cruising for the most and knows he ain’t going to be dropped.
  17. ........and just imagine if we lose........oy vey
  18. All Melbourne supporters need one of these. Perspex screen 130cm by 130cm to isolate TV from flying object, fist or headbutt..
  19. Spargo should play, and a joke if he doesn’t. . Mostly slugs in the 7 in contenders. We desperately need more pace.
  20. Must have come across a rabid supporter.
  21. Great player, shyte captain. Nothing more to say.
  22. It’s a timid panic style of football in reaction to being easy to score against. Being hard at the contest did not disguise this. No teams get forced to not try a switch in direction. The players and coachs were definitely spooked bad by Hawthorn and feared another demolition this time in a big prime time game as I don’t recall we have played this way for a very long time.
  23. Look out Expert on board You should offer you're wll knowing services to club. Uh
  24. Players should learn to tackle his type by grabbing his arm. They should be aware it’s coming. Even if they don’t fully restrain him they will inhibit effective disposals.
  25. Will leave a lot of unsold chips, beers, pies and future memberships.
