Currently there's a bit of a cash flow issue at The Manor. The maid is demanding a pay rise or she'll Rob Doyle me and The Lads appetite for coca leaf seems insatiable. Nonetheless, I'll sell off a quarter decent shiraz and kick in. -
Match Preview and Team Selection - Round 9

Thanks Jane. -
Well good evening folks. Your good old Uncle Bitter has been very busy of late and thus neglected my faithful readership. Questions without notice for picket fence. Did you attend the recent man cave exhibition? If so, was it a life changing experience for you? To curious matters. Did anyone notice that today's Herald Sin was offering Megan face masks? I thought it a splendid idea and have obtained a number of the said items. I intend having the maid wear them during her ..... err ... extra curricula activities at The Manor. Oh and a PS to Ernie. For a person in a state of deceasedness you are becoming painfully sanctimonious. You're dead Ernie - live it up!

Ho Hum another win. Getting monotonous really. -
Yeah Wadda - she doesn't mind getting down and dirty.

Go Blues!!! Never thought I'd write that! BTW. What a team/club are the Swans? Never write them off.
-
Bitter's prediction. We'll [censored] this in !!!!!!

Correct dc! If there is a deliberate blow to the throat ( worthy of a free) why isn't there a report? BTW, I also agree that Jesse "milked" it.

Wadda you obviously observed that I've had a break from Demonland in order to give the maid her bonus. -
Demonland Player of the Year - Round 7
Bitter but optimistic replied to Demonland's topic in Melbourne Demons
Clarrie. What a gun we have here. Gawn. Dominant again with the bonus of being able to go forward. Brayshaw. He's back! Jones. Captain's effort. Hogan. Covers huge territory but can get back for a goal. A real weapon. Lever. Classy in defence. This is why we got him. -

I've just returned to the welcoming bosom of The Manor so will be an armchair expert today. I confidently predict a minimum 6 goal victory which I shall celebrate with the maid.

Tom McDonald - Ready to Re-sign?
Bitter but optimistic replied to Lucifers Hero's topic in Melbourne Demons
Maybe just a bit of soreness Steve. The hard surface at Shithole stadium would likely test a bloke with a tender foot. -
Brendan McCartney - Moved to the bench

Been busy of late so I've just caught up with this thread. I must say, I believe that it is the only time in my life that thoughts of Justin Bieber have come to my mind. -
Structure is an interesting point. If Weed improves to the point where we can rely on him to take a few grabs up forward then we can play all three. Hogan and TMac have big tanks and therefore have versatility. Hogan - more time in the midfield and Tmac could be a very handy target high half forward wing area.

"There’s no excuse for failing to roll back and help the defence, and there’s no excuse for being flat footed leaving your teammate to be the only one trying to rebound. There’s no excuse for ignoring the state of the senior players and their lack of fight when it doesnt go their way. We are down hill skiers. We are more Melbourne than Melbourne" I just took the above off Bomberblitz. I started to think about it but it spun me out. FMD! -

Demonland Player of the Year - Round 6
Bitter but optimistic replied to Demonland's topic in Melbourne Demons
Max . Dominated and kicked a couple of crazy goals. Jones. Thereabouts all day but lead from the front in the third. Milkshake. Created 3 goals before kicking his first. Jetta. Tough. One of his best games. Harmes. Much better. Contested well in the midfield. Sparko. Deliberate misspell because that's just what he provided. -

FMD! This team drives me to distraction. We'll make a mess of someone if ever we play four quarters. -
Just gave myself a jolly good half time f logging for being masochistic enough to follow Melbourne.

You should give up the [censored] Ethan ( difficult for a dees supporter I realize) but didn't you also have a near death experience with some rare cobra juice? -

There were some terrible "popular" drinks in the 70's. FMD, I cringe at the thought of some of the [censored] I used to drink.
