Good news. I managed to find all of the original full resolution shots rather than relying on the down scaled copies that I had up in the cloud. I also found some footage of an intra club out at Casey which I have added in. This can now adequately be viewed on a desktop. December 2012, For the first time Six and his camera decided that it would be good to head down to training at the mighty Demons. Back then we were the ultimate nomads, no home base (what's changed) we didn't even have Gosch's paddock which was the domain of the Magpies. We trained on the rugby fields assigned to the Storm and even headed down to Linton Street Moorabbin which had already been abandoned by the Saints. Eleven games into that season Neeld was sacked with one win and an average losing margin of 77 points. The demons went down to the Saints in round 3 of the Nab cup at Casey Fields 2.7.6 (66) to 2.10.13 (91). The quality of the footage is not as good as I no longer have the original shots, but it should be OK if viewed on a phone or tablet. I wouldn't hold your breath re Caulfield. It's Casey or the paddock for the foreseeable future and Caulfield is supposed to be public space so cant see a big fence being part of the deal. Collingwood has no way of locking out supporters and with their attitude towards their fans I'm not sure the would.

Alas not, until the back gate was opened for Gawny, Gus and a few others to head over to one of the other ovals for some special training. I took the opportunity to meander on in for a closer look but was swiftly told to stop taking pictures, go figure. So, I headed back out behind the fence a took a few more. No such luck, no press pass for the devil. All the result of the glass. I had to find a descent hole in the fence that gave me a clear view without cyclone wire. The guy on the gate was not going to entertain letting me in.

At best currently 2 usable draft pick this year. Six players already off the list possibly seven. (Not sure if any of those were rookies) One player added to the list. That leaves a shortfall of 4. Whats the plan from here?

You missed my point entirely. Of course he can leave but unless melbourne can negotiate adequate compensation the only way he can go is to accept a new mfc contract or into the draft which would mean that he most probably goes to west coast with freo having no chance. Westcoast will have a far better hand to trade than Freo. Either have faith in the kid having some sort of decency or our list management to sort it all out.

Hey guys a bit of sanity here please. Luke is a demon listed player and not a free agent. He cannot leave without our blessing. Freo need to trade for him and they will not have any sort of hand in the draft to satisfy our needs. The only danger would be that West Coast finish last and somehow talk him in to going into the draft. Aint going to happen, the kid has more loyalty than that. Wouldnt shaft the club that made him a premiership player so early in his career. We hold all the cards.

I wouldn't talk to soon with regard to that. The AFL are just as likely to fixture games not involving Geelong at GMBH stadium to ease the load on the MCG and Marvel. I know who one of their preferred candidates would be.
