Surely players know that they are running to far. But GC missed some easy goals that quarter, but it would be great if they could win.

The thing is Mark Neeld came from collingwood and coaching under Mick Malthouse where they played finals and won a flag. Mark tried to bring things into melbourne but our players just weren't ready for that yet as we were young and then when he tried to come down a bit hard on them they didn't like that. Mark Neeld also lost many players and I don't think Noble has. Until nth start getting flogged by 100 points or even 168 like we did I don't think they are but gee they aren't far off.

It's a shame he hasn't got more coverage this week. 200 games is a very significant milestone, he has been at the one club and he is a premiership player at the club. A couple of years ago we tried to trade him, couldn't and to his credit he worked on his fitness and improved his game. I know Chad Wingard is seen as the flashier player and well done on him getting to 200 if he does play, but he has done it at 2 clubs and he seems to be getting the attention.

Poor Bedford. He did a few good things. I hope he isn't the sub. Just let him play a full game for Casey and get him some game time. Its 5 good ins though. Congrats on 200 games to Tom though. A credit to him after being shopped around a couple of seasons ago. Its a fair achievement.

I'd keep Bedford to start. Petty is coming back for Smith obviously with his injury. Neal Bullen for Melksham & LJ back for someone. The advantage is McDonald can go back when we need him to. Like in the final quarter where he did ok.
