  1. Hah.... in sausage sizzle; out raincoat !
  2. Yes it is , but one player was 26 or 27 yrs of age and had over 100 games to his name;,,, and the other is about 20Yrs, maybe 21 ?,, and just trying to start.
  3. If we play finals this year, Spargo is going to be Very needed. And so we need to get as many games into him as we can, as long as quality. but not stale him. I wonder if 4 games, then 2 off,,, and another 4 games, might be handy for him. 2 off here and there, to freshen his mind.
  4. round em all up, and put in a cage, last man standing. none will be left. they'll all devour one another, intellect first.
  5. Do you think they could do with a Tyson type, and a running halfback?
  6. I don't think we've changed our "gameplan"... its just we are getting players back into the side, and players are starting to find some form. Too often our supporters want to see the worst, instead of looking to understand what is actually being tried, to be put into action.
  7. 13 hours ago, Jaded said: Stewy Dew looks like he ate all the players. I've been wondering where all the de-listed Swans & Suns players have been disappearing to ? ?️
  8. Its not about hit-out stats, its about clearances, and around the ground effect. Competing hard and nullifying the oppo' ruck, is crucial. Pedo hurts the opposition around the midfield when rucking, and rolls forward as an effective target. He did very well, playing the role TMc is playing.
  9. You need to learn, that the team carries some players when they are off form, Or learning to play a KEY role. we are building for Our future, not for this week. the eyes are raised to the future and the Weide wil be neded and he waon't really develop so much at casey.' He can ingrain some good habits there, but the competition he needs isn't there, so much. not like the old days. However if the AFL reduce the rotations further, the huge Gap between AFL and VFL will reduce,,,, to allow young players more impact at AFL level.
  10. 4 goal assists is a good base,,, + some tackles, but he's adding to-creating the structure, that is so far working for us. I think sometime in the future we may have to have another speedy small in the team, but that isn't Garlett, imv.
  11. It is..... but when it goes on and on, as a campaign to get someone out, it is not so good, jr.
  12. No we're Demons, not fuscias... and, he is a beast. a midfield ball possessed beast.
  13. Being able to swing changes when things aren't to our liking, for future options, says we teach them now to play multiple roles. So we can call the tune in games, in our future.
  14. No we play the blues this week, but the Crows the following game. Viney needs an AFL hit-out, prior to the big game against the crows. Viney needs the game at Casey tomorrow, then come in against the Blues. Then he should be better prepared for the Crows the following game.
  15. I think its time for Weide to go back and practice what he's learnt. Viney in.
  16. most times oI'm on the internet chazz. When I stay in Melbourne, I stay at a friends place & he watches foxtel, so I have to see these programs. I am absolutely baffled that anyone watches Whately and Robinson yodel on. When he goes to bed I turn them off, and watch anything else, even CH-2 news. Recordings of games, or motorsport. anything other than those two. Very disappointed with 'the couch', as well. wankfest.
  17. FAR TOO many Ego's;,,,, off the field.
  18. you wasted your time watching that? chazz?
  19. to trade to WCE, for something in return. ????
  20. Perfect example of 'front runner'. ----------------- I wonder, IF, we would consider trading him?
  21. Lets see, in the 2nd half of the season...If Pedo gets his go. Last year Goody played the kids early part of the season,,,,,,,,,, before settling into more senior players.
