Welcome to Demonland: Caleb Windsor
There will only ever be one Robbie Flower. The way he ran in full flight……….it’s as if he was floating or running on air. It was as graceful as running could ever look.

NON-MFC: Round 01
It's not just about last year's draft period, but several leading up to it as well. Sure there is BBB & TMAC (both 31 & injury prone) at one end of their careers, Petty (injury prone) and JVR (20) are at the other. We have no KPF's who can consistently be relied upon on our list in the 24-30 age bracket. That is where we are lacking and it shows. You say we shouldnt throw stupid money, i counter with how much a premiership is worth to you? Our list is only going to seriously contend for a year or 2 more with the likes of Gawn, May, Trac and Viney in their peak or getting towards the back end of it. We're then going to either need a small or full re-build depend on just how good our depth and development is. I say we should have a huge shot at Ben King. JVR can be our CHF, with Kozzie, Fritta, Chandler and hopefully McAdam all roving the crumbs or playing on lesser forwards. Strike while the iron is hot.

NON-MFC: Round 01
Looks like the elastic band has finally snapped with the Magpies. 2 full seasons of playing the way they did was always going to be unsustainable, unfortunately they managed to get a flag during that period. Hunger and momentum are hard things to hold on to, we’ve seen us have it and then lose it. We need to get it again quick, or our window will indeed close.

NON-MFC: Round 01
He ain’t one yet. Definitely has the potential, but he is still quite Green. Also, given his stage of development, he shouldn’t be expected to be a quality KPF yet (that he is showing signs is wonderful indeed). He is still just a kid, and that he is being asked by the coaches to practically spearhead our forward line trying to cover up their failures of attaining a more senior KPF presence is in no way his fault………more their desperation. JvR is showing promise no doubt, but he is not an A-grader yet.

Agreed, gutsy.

NON-MFC: Round 01
Carlton did everything they could to lose that one, the umps sure helped them out in the last, though the Tigers got the rub of the green early in the game. Carlton’s defence looks very suspect, but god Curnow and McKay really show the value of having 2 quality KPF’s. We don’t even have 1.

NON-MFC: Round 01
Blues run forward of the ball way too much, Tigers get them on the counter when being a tad more defensive would help the Baggers (Not Goody level defensive). Tigers hanging in when they shouldn’t be, Carlton too busy thinking they are world beaters.

Sam Van Rooyen in for Ben Brown on LTI?
i dont deal in hypotheticals, only pessimisms.

Sam Van Rooyen in for Ben Brown on LTI?
Would we be even considering him if his surname was not Van Rooyen?

NON-MFC: Opening Round
Gotta hand it to the blue baggers. Coming back from such a deficit up at the Gabba. It was a great win.

Welcome to Demonland: Ricky Mentha
With a surname like that, surely his nickname has to be Korda.

Training Ground?
yeah I doubt that. The Libs are doing a great job on their own remaining irrelevant. Why would Labor interfere with a burning building when they want it demolished anyways?
