  1. Carn Trac TTRRRRRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAACCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCC
  2. Not his biggest fan, but i feel for Pencil. Done everything asked of him, in good form. What more does he has to do?
  3. Oh yeah, how does he look? He wasn't the leanest back in his day! Will it be the plugga approach with him (too big to get around)
  4. I'd be pretty down if i was about to miss the start of the season too, even more so if i had been out of the game for a year
  5. It's you types of supporters that have been through the horror of the 70's-80's and the past 10 years, that deserve to see a flag the most.
  6. Don't complain about the draw, we've got a pretty good one this year. Could've definitely been a lot worse
  7. The Saints are very used to how the Etihad ground normally is. It won't be the case this Saturday, so they will be new to the ground conditions in a way too. Bodes well for us i guess.
  8. I would've thought a bit sooner than that SWYL. Maybe last round of the year, or if we are lucky, during the bye week before we play finals.
  9. Tom McDonald, Oscar McDonald, Wagner should be back (he's 189cm Col is 191cm, no biggie). Joel Smith will have to come in, surely. Baptism of fire no doubt, but why not. Bad luck for Colin, tough to go down with an acl (should he have suffered one). Sure, he has way more experience than Smith, but skill-wise i reckon they are even (with Smith a higher ceiling). Tom McDonald on Reiwoldt when he is in the 50, on McCartin all other times. Oscar on on Bruce and Smith on Membrey.
  10. McDonald, McDonald and Garland all in the back-line? Don't worry about the problem of turning the ball over at CHF, we'll be turning it over at CHB!
  11. Pedo doesn't need match practice................match practice needs Pedo
  12. The ground is just an absolute farce, i'm not a tall person at all (170ish cms), but struggle for leg room with the chairs in front at etihad, never have this issue at the G
  13. AFL member here (Melbourne club support, but also a Melbourne reserved seat member), so will just go through the gates. No waiting in line for me (besides security check)
  14. Ummm, last time i checked 34310 was larger than 32623
  15. unfortunately for Trenners, his injury has seen his career jeopardised. He was given plenty of time to recover and make it back to the big leagues, but he is simply not the player her was, let alone what he would've developed into, prior to his foot injury.
  16. Silly boy, he doesn't wear a mouthguard (going by the article)
  17. I felt sadness in Jim's passing, but the build-up was one that we all saw coming eventually. Robbie's and Bails' passing were and still are more of a shock. Part of me will always be unable to comprehend the passing of all 3 great blokes. I wouldn't go as far to say that life can be cruel, as it is to be celebrated and enjoyed whilst we're living, but this is a constant reminder of just how delicate and precious life is. May they continue to rest in peace.
  18. not be surprised if we dropped the game against Carlton the following week.
  19. Jack's never going to be an elite kick, but that's not an issue. So long as he continually improves on it, he will get better and better. Which can only be good for us, as he's already a very good player!
  20. like us against WCE, we'll get a better understanding of where the Saints are at next week against the Swans.
  21. remind me again how we've lost to this rabble in the past 2 years?
