Bring back Lou Richards & Peter Landy, or "Bluey Adams and Jack Edwards...now they knew how to commentate!!
Sandy Roberts & Ian Robertson, I used to love hearing their commentary. Hearing Sandy saying "Here comes the wizard!" still makes the hair stand up on the back of the neck.

This reminds of the old RDB saying "If it has to be, It's up to me".

Is it available anywhere online yet?

Colin Garland looks...stoned.
He looks like that all the time. He must nap a lot!
-
The Flash looks like he means business.
-
A great choice for skipper!
He has been with the club through the highs & lows and over the past few years really stood up on the field when we have been struggling.
Good to see us go with three deputies as well.

The Hun get it wrong again:
Melbourne has defensive cover in fellow talls Colin Garland, Jared Rivers and Robert Warnock, but none of them is a pure full-back.It is believed rookie John Meesen is also struggling after a third ankle operation and may miss the NAB Cup.Wrong & Wrong !
Frawley may be a huge loss, but if our midfield stands up in the opening rounds I think we'll be alright.

anyone know where to get the Stynes and Flower book?

Have that. Why a sequel ?
Being published in 1987 it feels incomplete. It would be great to hear Robbie's stories of his retirement and years after football.
-
x4, it distracts from the great footage.

Robbie
A great read that needs a sequel!

A sad loss to this world.
What Trish has done to continue his legacy has been nothing short of amazing, I recommend to anyone her inspiring book Beyond The Wave.
It paints the picture of a true hero taken from us way too soon.
RIP Troy...you will never be forgotten.

He is a good friend of Cousins though, which would explain the Richmond Scarf.
I also seem to remember he was once No.1 ticket holder for WCE.
-
i saw Ernie Dingo in the changerooms last year after our win against Port Adelaide
he was wearing a MFC member scarfe and had a pretty big smile on his face
Ernie Dingo is an Eagles fan, has been since they started.

I won't sleep tonight after reading that name.
Forget the Omen, it's THAT^ Damien that gives me nightmares.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't we draft Damien the year before Darren was drafted? Although I do think that Darren debuted first with the Swans.
Speculative pick at best, but I think but it's more amazing that he was on the list for 5 years! Just shows how bad off we were for talls in the mid '90s.

This is the only opinion that matters to me.
It's not about the "Brand" or "market position", it's is a representation of our football club and it's rich history.
I like the emblem and hope to see it more in the future.
There is also plenty of discussion from when the emblem was release in August, here:
I don't give s**t what a designers opinion is over the passion of the supporters!

They've been mentioned but:
Ken Hunter (Carl)/Cameron Hunter
Denis Clark/Michael Clark
Plus:
Graham Molloy/Glenn Molloy
Peter Lyon (Haw)/ Garry Lyon

He's a fair bit off that BBP. LIfe membership is 10 seasons of senior football since first senior game. Newton debuted in 2007 !
-
No Johnson. End is nigh IMO.
Also no Bruce, Davey, MacDonald or Rivers.
I doubt Davey would be considered to play less than 2 months after breaking his leg!

This sucks.
But if Col. G could come back from it, then I have no doubt Frank will be back up and firing for Round 1 2012.
