Trac loves to float in front of a pack.

Been great. Playing on a teenager. And still haven't seen him jump at a ball yet. Still. Exactly what you want for him. Calm the nerves with a big showing.
-
Get Dec in.
-
And to get injured in a game like this...
-
Smith shoulder again. This poor kid can't take a trick.
-
Wow. Leave it demonlanders to be glass half empty about this game. Also, lol @ anyone who thinks Jesse isn't a good pack mark.
-
Goodness. Gracious. Me.

We're baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack

My sentiments exactly. I don't care for Maher, or the new SEN... But there's no resisting what you heard this arvo. Brutal, the lot of it, and Maher has my respect for confronting what seemed pretty difficult for him. You can't help but tip your hat.

Gee whiz did anyone listen to SEN just now, replaying the Lyle-Radar interview from a few days ago? Powerful stuff. Well done Andy.

The ironing board that happens to be really really good at footy. Missed 5 games and is somehow only 13 goals off the coleman. That is unbelievable and should it continue, he has to be in the AA squad and for goals per game would be in the side. That is absolutely extraordinary in modern footy, the trajectory of this guy.

I'm starting to really warm to Spargo. A player that small is going to have to do incredible things with the 15 touches he gets in order to have a positive influence... and so far in his debut season he's doing exactly that. Always makes good choices and forces contests when he seems out of position. Having said that, Hannan is similar with a bit more marking power, so I wouldn't be massively surprised or disappointed to see him included. Smith is an athlete, not a disposer. I suspect it's not even his disposal that would have Goody nervous.... but moreso the disposal skills of the entire defence. If you have Salem, Hibberd, Jetta, Lewis and Vince kicking out from defence you're on ok shape. But with Smith and Frost in there, and Hunt going forward, that has got to raise Goody's anxiety levels massively. I daresay in a final, which is almost what we're playing in these last few weeks, oppo teams would love to see Frost and Smith with the ball. Injuries may dictate Smith plays again, but I think he's first dropped when Hibbo comes back.

JKH stays in. Played a good game. Some people on here are blind, fair dinkum. Smith is a bit more in the gun. Loved his endeavour and physicality, but his disposal might mean he loses his spot. Hunt is no chance to come in. Wasn't even in the 22 before he got hurt, and wasn't knocking the door down in the VFL before then. Demonland is slowly getting more daft.

Congratulations Bernie Vince on 100 MFC Games

Loved him as a Crow, couldn't believe we got him so cheap when we did... was a bit critical of the pickup as I didn't think he'd play in a winning final for us as we were so many years off it. But I was wrong about that... has added to the club as much as anyone on the list in the period he's been there. Should be remembered as a demon for all time. Father sons etc... -
Were working on his knee and groin all game. Also big hit in his back. Seemed ok above the shoulders just couldn't get any spring, so just caused a spillage as it's more reliable than going for a mark. Same result though. If he can't push off he's a liability. Like all players. I have him as my best F in all my fantasy leagues, and even I'm ok with him taking a week, particularly if it's soft-tissue related.
-
He'll go back to Hawks.

Seemed to enjoy the wet weather, along with JKH.... Bit of that VFL experience showing up there. Has his uses the old Dominator.
-
Dazzler nowhere near the worst poster on here. Can at least admit he was wrong and is happy for others to point it out. I'd be on here more often if there were more like him. Having said that... this is a howler Daz. lol
-
JKH is building towards keeping a spot on the list. Thought he was assured and trusty after some early game iffy moments. Fritta is gold at either end of the ground. Some down-on-form guys have lifted. Tracca, ANB... Hogan's health is a worry. Love his endeavour when it was clear they were trying to stop the swelling in his knee, and a groin issue... but at his current rate he's a liability. Would even be worth a game for Weed or Pedo against Suns with no May to let him get cherry ripe.

Clarry Leaves Track Early with Quad Issue (25/7)

Yeah not the first time he's done similar. Oliver much more the one I worry about. Even if only underdone. -

And Hogan absent, as mentioned later in article. Lose to crows, can't see us making finals. Timing... -

MATCH PREVIEW AND TEAM SELECTION - Round 19
Dappa Dan replied to Demonland's topic in Melbourne Demons
Hogan not at training and Oliver tight quad... What the hell did we do to deserve this. -
1. I'm more sure after that game that we'll make finals than I have been in a couple of months. Maybe the most sure I've been all season. 2. How often do people talk about "game of the year" when one of the team's wore red and blue? 3. We are the future. Cats are the past.

Yeah. I had this game pencilled in as a loss anyway. I see us beating Crows, GC and Swans and making it in. So I was prepared for a loss, personally. I didn't think we'd even get close, let alone play the better game as we did. I'm very hopeful now that I've seen what we did.
