  4. he was our best midfielder against the filth by some margin he's not playing as badly as some of the hyperbole would have you believe
  5. it's exactly what he needs remind him of how hard you need to work to be successful i'd much rather he play 5 good games in the afl than 5 great ones in the vfl

  7. good grief you don't run makybe diva at the boort racetrack
  8. tomlinson is an unrestricted free agent, but they might want to trade for him... he could walk to the aints and fit right into their backline...mostly cos we're picking up battle as our own ufa from them...
  9. somebody shot gulbadin! right as the rain came down!! and they were ahead on dls!

  11. yep, but the aints will want clayton oliver for him
  12. i don't think there's anyone who doubts that he's been a star but did he REALLY win the longest kick in 2019? our clarry?!?? if we were to let him go then we'd want a small fortune for it, and based upon the season so far and his behaviour since his hamstring injury mid 2023 he's not been quite the same we desperately need him to be
  13. had completely not thought about the 5 day break between the casey game and the afl game vs the bears hard to see anyone who suited up this week getting promoted
  14. mfc had frost and o mac as our defensive lynchpins in 2018 and still made a qualifying final when you've got cripps, weitering, curnow, mckay, and walsh as yr core five from 2019 onwards, you should have been a regular finals side baggers underperformed for years before finally turning it around and performing to expectation in the back half of 2023
  15. their premiership window has been open for at least 5 years imo they just kept stuffing up, but banking those sweet, sweet early picks as a result they remind me so much of us in 2021. but i think the bloods are better than any competition that we ran into that year
  16. runs em 😈 now give us that caulfield announcement haha
  17. shoulda kicked him off the bike and made him walk home
  18. actually she's not employed board members don't get paid
  19. He’s a $1m+ a year player whose salary is indexed to total player payments for the next seven years who had no preseason not through injury but by decisions made of his own volition He is nor immune to criticism and we need to hope like hell he returns to being the professional he was
  20. I would kill for Weitering Combo of Lever and May
  21. wiki knows: Gulden was born in Sydney[1] to a Turkish-born father and an Australian mother.[2] He grew up in the suburb of Malabar and was a passionate Carlton supporter.[3] He began playing junior Australian rules football for the Maroubra Saints as a child[4][5] and joined the Sydney Swans academy at 11 years of age.
  22. no, it's not, but it's been repeated enough times that it's become truth
