Got to agree with Eddie here. No such 'rule', just the AFL making it up as they go along once again. -
Paid $200 bucks t0 get roasted in Perth midday sun. Joke time slot, Friday night would have been magnificent.

It makes teams work harder to defend instead of sitting down the line. A bit of extra fatigue to open up hole and also deny teams the ball when they get a run on. We didn't do this at all early yesterday when WC got a run on.

Kelly is the 'pro scout'. His job is to watch the second tier leagues such as SANFL and NEAFL. Would have played a big part in identifying and monitoring vandemon during 14 season.

Yeo is uncontracted from what I can work out. Anyone else think he fits the half back flanker mould the swans love? Could be a Roos type of player. A bit of Malceski / Mattner about him.

Anyone else think we are too soft in backing our players in public? Mahoney's response was luke warm at best. Say what you want about him, but can't imagine a strong figure such as Sheedy coming out with a limp response. Say what you want behind closed doors but could we not at least try and defend our players in such articles.

What should he have done? He didn't give any lip or shake his head. Maybe he could have gone all Zantuck....... Probably was preying for a massive hole in the ground to open up so he could jump into it.
