I have no problem with the MFC earning it’s position within the hierachy of clubs. What i have long objected to is the weak management we have had administering the club for decades before Jackson. Bartlett is right in one important aspect. The MFC should be sitting alongside The City of Melbourne as do The Yankees to New York. Good management would have seen that when TV kicked in post 1965 We totally missed that.
