That is a good article. He is right about all those factors. A club that won games in Adelaide and Perth last year should have made the finals, there is no getting away from that. The whole club must toughen up

I don’t find the Storm boring to watch at all, i am proud of them as a club and i am not a Rugby person at all. But that club did not flinch when Gallop threw everything at them, if the MFC were stripped of points during a season, the whole playing group would collapse and splinter. Bellamy kept the boys together and focused We should be learning from them, not rejecting their methods Respect....

What has that got to do with anything?? A few years ago The Melbourne Storm were stripped of all points and 2 Premierships , because Of Brian Waldron. They played the season for zero points and would have still qualified for finals. Rugby League is a tough game, whether you think the comp is dying or not. To question the opinions of Craig Bellamy, you can do that at your own peril. The guy is a genius coach, and for him to stay at The Storm for so long, must kill so many of the hierachy in Sydney.

Spot on LH. Craig Bellamy is no fool, so those who opposed the camp better have a plan B ready, for when the pressure is on. It will be applied, we will still be regarded as a club with a vulnerability this year. At the first sign of weakness Clubs will go all out on us. Bellamy knows mental toughness. His career has been turning Rugby League nobodies into multiple premiership players.

What are you talking about?? you contradict your own figures. For the MFC after 160 years to have only 36,000 members on its books is a sad situation. IF we had made the finals in 2017 and built some momentum we would have over 40,000 members now, before the ball is bounced in 2018 but the players choked and that momentum was lost.

Oh yes you are in the minority... What do you want? A tune that has a similar arrangement to what The Eagles sing, or worse the Shockers. The Fable Songs embrace some tradition of where the game has come from, and they have a jovial quality that the modern arrangements sadly lack. At least the GW$ Song has some swing to it, these other modern tunes are just boring

So true. It is not hard to digitize an old analog recording. Imagine if all the Beatles songs were rerecorded and “modernized” the AFL are just obsessed with tinkering every year. It is a disease

Goddam i just listened to about 4 of those new Recordings. They are awful, blank and soulless these are Victory songs, with the old Fable Singers you could tell they were enjoying themselves, these new recordings are almost serious what the hell happened to “Take 2...Loosen it up a bit boys...”??

Yes we lose the trumpet ? highlight of the song after a victory i will miss it every time they play it, if they do.... don’t do it.

Use the old theme song Demons that new one is stilted and “Forced” They are too polite... stuff you AFL...
