Bummed about the injury! Oh well... I would play Bayley Fritsch in Hibbos spot... Fritsch is a Star! VDB to come in and play half-forward. Wagner is the other obvious choice with Smith... I am definitely more comfortable with #31 down back though! His beautiful raking left boot out defence is a must...

I can see VDBerg pushing for a senior spot in the next couple of weeks. He gives us some x-factor and can be a difficult match up for any opposition. Can penetrate the goals outside 50 and takes strong a grab. Good size and tackles! ?? He is in our best 22 when fit! Definitely has an impact and makes us a stronger side. Plonk him at Half-Forward for mine... If both VDBerg and Petracca can hit form in the same side watch out! Delicious Bruce... ? I wouldn’t be surprised if he plays against Adelaide. He is a player Goody wants in his side. Cant wait! ??

Paul Roos questioned the selection of the team of late... He hinted the selection committee didn’t know what they were doing. I agreed!

Out - Petty, Hannan, Tyson, IN - Vince, Spargo, Stretch Vince has to come in for Petty. Freo smaller forward line threat. Spargo for Hannan and to be a genuine crummer deep I50 all night long baby! This should be Garletts position but he ain’t up to it. Stretch for Tyson. He deserves his chance and needs to be played consistently for the next few games. Kent is a must selection when he is fit and firing. He makes our forward line much more threatening when he is playing.

It will cost somebody a final. It’s just a matter of when... I could almost switch off from watching football for good. I’m that close... The game is definitely going backwards. Even the commentary these days is pathetic. I almost vomit when listening to some. ?

AFL is a farce! It’s a horrible game too watch these. And the AFL shiuld hang there heads... The umpire paid it for Hopper being too close to Ceglar who had the mark. Hopper wasn’t even close to Ceglar and was running boundary side. Absolute rubbish!

We need to bring in a genuine crummer in the forward line. We are missing this big time in games! When Spargo was playing seniors they had him playing more up field. He is the player we need too play deep. Don’t rotate him. That should be his only role. Kent is another player who would fit in the forward line nicely when available. He can play up the ground and deep. Perfect player as a dual threat with Spargo. I would like to see Garlett come back in and play deep but he isn’t putting his hand up in the VFL. He just ain’t up to it at the moment. I wouldnt be surprised if he ends up in WA next season. Spargo has to come back in this week and be given that deep forward role... Think Gresham from the Saints. Pecking order is Spargo-Bugg-Garlett Petracca could be the one that makes way!

Petracca surely has to go to Casey! Surely... We miss that crum pressure forward BIG time. Garlett has to come in. Sooner the better... He has a role to play. A Frost down back would help also. Do we stick with Joel Smith? Maybe one more week. Dont let the season slip Dees!

It will be interesting too see where Angus Brayshaw is with his contract status with the Dees. I have heard he is linked to the Dockers. Interesting we are into Langdon...

I would back in Nev every day of the week JD. He will be All Australian back pocket this year!

Ollie to the Dees! I would like that... I agree a Vic club has offered him a very good contract. And he will leave Port! I cannot see him going too Carlscum. Essendon is most likely. But I wouldn’t discount the Dees to pull a swiftly! The Dees I think are prepared to trade picks and players to get who they want. Wines, Gaff and Langdon are all gettable. Our window is open now!
