In this particular case, yes they got the wooden spoon purely and only as a result of their punishment. It's as simple as that they shouldn't get a reward directly as a result of a punishment a fairer choice would have been to set their first draft pick at the same position as for 2015
-
yep....no question and richly rewarded with respect to the draft only
-
very classy surprised he hasn't been invited into politics
-
they are only getting the #1 pick by virtue of having 12 players banned who will now be available, so in essence they are getting richly rewarded by being found guilty of doping go figure

i hope the girls don't have to pay player-agent fees out of their pittance maybe the men's player-agents could pay a levee of their male commissions to the girls as an investment in future potential clients? -

the 16 a side was a great success. the game opened out much more than the congestion of previous games and allowed skills to come to the fore. of course this also tested their aerobics and some were tiring at the end, but i'd prefer that to a rolling rugby maul any time reminded me of the old vfa where 16 a side was the norm for decades and agree with others that the lack of provided health insurance is a disgrace. i can't understand how it came to that -
i wouldn't go that far moonie, just that he is the great defender of social justice liberalism
-
you shouldn't mock animal husbandry, moonie. apart from risking a severe rebuke from stuie, you should recognise that it is a very ancient and revered custom requiring great skills, stamina and patience
-
surprised you have little to do atm, uncle i thought you'd be flat out preparing the lads for the royal melbourne show. i'm sure earl will be busy packing his guava paste show bags.

yes, they'll undoubtedly improve with an elite league. earl on the other hand tonight you saw the best talent in the country. when the league starts that same talent will be dispersed to all the new clubs diluting the talent until the broader talent builds up, as it will, i expect the better girls will really dominate in the new league -
