  1. and there was melk taking it easy after a tweak in his hamstring from earlier in the week
  2. i've received no mail or sms fortunately i'm in no hurry but it does make you wonder about the process. as far as i know all the afl clubs use a common (outsourced?) process, so individual clubs only have limited amount of input or control
  3. did you get a pic of saty taking a pic?

  7. depends who you talked to...... my wife's cousins are all mad bomber fans. they thought melksham was a good player who would probably blossom in a new environment. they thought his last year's average form was more due to the fallout of the drugs scandal and that his best was really good. at the time i was a bit 50:50 but happy with how it turned out. goody obviously (as you would expect) had better inside knowledge than any of us.
  8. they are moving on from circus performing freaks to hollywood super hero wannabees - lol - what next, polo playing impresarios?
  9. it may be a meagre offering (4 games on sundays) but at least it's a start (just)
  10. well i wouldn't just assume that majak didn't have available support. i would expect north had a decent support structure and a knowledge of mental health issues because of certain previous north players. sometimes (and i'm not saying in this case) people with mental health issues can't or won't take advantage of available support. it's a difficult situation and from personal experience i know of a few cases where people rejected help (for whatever reasons) with a fatal outcome the good news is majak is recovering and i wish him the best
  11. would be rather odd if we end up with a home in the middle of richmond territory whilst richmond have a home amidst melbourne territory
  12. was also a bit dodgy when they started the membership period with a massive campaign on 2 game memberships. not towards the end of the season but before the season even started!
  13. not too sure about that, what with all the new cbd/sb apartments within walking distance or 2 minute tram trip to yarra park
  14. apparently back related. at least that's what i heard on ch9 news (i think)
  15. vote 1 - informal
  16. but, but......what about santa?
  17. and sheedy was the complete opposite. recruited from prahran as a young liston trophy winning centreman, quickly reinvented as a backpocket
  18. not surprising that odd people make odd decisions idiocracy has arrived
  19. yes. he came back from the break badly overweight with poor skinfolds. a major time trial looms and will certainly test him in 10 days time
