for me the map came up on the left had side (with my option areas highlighted) the right hand side had the other options you mentioned, on this side you are supposed to just select "reserved general area". anyway I used the map and clicked my preference (at about 3:01pm so nice and early) dunno if this helps

you get that option by first clicking on the ground map, which highlights your choices based on barcode

well my reserved seat was lvl1 open air so lvl2 is preferable to me. besides if it rains i'll just move to a spare nearby under cover...lol
