See if you can find any players for us in Disneyland. Goofy might fit in at the MFC.

Disagree on Michie. Joeboy got it right. Rarely hurt opposition. Watched him pretty closely and he used the wrong option several times. He ignored a team mate on his own and went to the contest where we lost possession.
-
We need to find some pace and skill. We can clearly get the ball. We can't keep it.

Pies beat GWS at their ground with no bench from half time We get smashed by GWS last week when they have no bench at the G. Says it all.
-
Agree if it doesn't affect AFL revenue.

We all f-ck off.

And your point is.I have advocated fighting and using the rules as they are. As an example there is a PP rule and you have to apply, we did, what is the problem? I advocated fighting for a fair draw, any problem there. I advocated for no academies for some clubs or extra salary room for some clubs, any problem there? Etc, etc.

Agree. Last week as in quite a few games we won the contested possession but butchered the ball and turned it over.We don't have the pace or skill to hurt sides. Apparently Stretch would be a good start in that area. We need quite a few more. Then we need some fit key forwards to straighten us up.

Is a Carlton supporter and they are in to him, as well as every other player named as possibly moving clubs. I would imagine if you could get a good mid from GWS for pick 3 he could be part of the deal.

Watched him last week and he turned it over a lot. Would fit in perfectly.

I move we sack BP immediately and sue him for a return of his salary. While we are at it we should also sack our environment manager and development manager as well.
-
There goes the PP. We lost to Port a few weeks ago over there by 3 points. That makes us a 100 point better side than Carlton.

I have no personal animosity towards Chip, who until this year has been a great and loyal Demon. I just despise the system that causes this. Players become deceitful. They don't give their best. Supporters get angry. I understand that football careers are short and players need to do the best for themselves, but this FA system is not really working.

I think the camel's toe stood on his foot.

Most big fish wouldn't want to swim in our water.

I wonder if privately Roos is furious with him.

Read my post again, it is not about what we get for losing him, but for what he and the AFL have done to us this year. I know as I said we would get nothing but this is about the way we have been treated overall.
-
And if we didn't we would be telling the world he was not worth a decent pick and possibly going over on the salary cap and we would be paying a player a senior salary for playing at Casey. How would the members and football world see that?
-
I know we would get nothing, but it is just another example how we have been dealt a pretty rough hand.

Bombers scandal: charged, <redacted> and <infracted>

Not if you have made $30million on a property deal. -
There has been a lot of talk about the compensation pick we could get if Chip leaves. What about compensation for the crap year he has given us? If he ultimately leaves it would be fair to assume he had either committed to a club during the season or at least been discussing going to them. No doubt as we have seen with Patton, the last thing he and the club would want is for him to get a bad injury this year. In fact any deal would probably have been null and void in the case of a bad injury with us. IMO Chip has had his worst year with us and has not put in 100% for fear of an injury. If this is true, we have been paying a player with his heart and mind elsewhere. Not only Chip, but other players would see his lack of effort and care and it has to rub off affecting our performance. What have we got as a result? A bloke playing below his best and affecting the team performance. This comes about because of the AFL FA rule recently brought in, which seems to be making the strong stronger and the weak weaker, the opposite of one of its major purposes. I think we should seek compensation for this situation, in whatever form is fair. We know the GWS number 9 gave this club nothing in his 2nd year with us, as he had signed with GWS. Chip IMO has done the same. The AFL has caused this and should compensate us for it, the pick for his leaving is for the future loss, not the past. As Barrett said, we should get tough and fight.

Tapscott looks strong, but is short, slow and injured.

If you were a Melbourne player you would be cut to the slow.

We won't need to, another club before the Swans will nominate him.
