I noticed in the back of a number of shots on the tv he was really stretching the hammies out in the second half. I’ve noticed him do this last year and hoping it is just a bit of rust coming off not tightness and a week off.

Hopefully T Mac pulls up ok, noticed home stretching the hammy’s a few times in the second half.

Will be interesting to see how long it takes you know who, to drop into this thread and offer his thoughts/apologise. OMc is holding players really well, look forward to hopefully seeing him add and some attack/rebound to his game.

I thought terrible first half, mediocre second half. Bombers were appalling, we were just better for 1.5 qtrs.

Viney on the MFC podcast said he trained fully with Casey team and he felt "good sore" in the body, like he trained hard and well. He said he is 2 weeks away.. so probs 3-4 away.

I’ve been a Ped fan and he has given himself very chance since the start of last season and especially over this preseason to be his best. Last season early doors if he had played I think we would have been in a better position come year end. If he had have been as dedicated as now when he first arrived at Melb he might be closer to having played over 100 AFL games, that’s on him. I thought Weid looked good on Tues and will adjust to the tempo of the game at the highest level, he showed enough and will start clunking more of those marks he went for. He has the most upside of the 2 and is arguably on par with Peds at this point. Weid wins out for mine.

Seems counterintuitive, Tigs crash the packs and bring ball to ground. X Melb players were not competing in the air. Yet Tigs had options galore at ground level running on to the ball? Heaps of posters ( me included) saying Dees have way to many who fly for same ball. Happened often Tuesday = tigs goal.
