  1. Very poor representations imo. Both R’mond and C’wood have teeth, just for starters.
  2. I feel for MFC, I feel for Petts, l feel for us supporters, and I feel [censored] right now!! None-the-less, we will band together, and overcome this setback. That’s what good teams do, and we are a bloody good team! Go Demons. We will overcome!
  3. Sorry guys, I can't count! Here's the other one 🌟
  4. Another top liner guys. Irresistible listening for all true Demons. Thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
  5. 6. Gawn: fittingly, the ‘supremo’ in ‘Ruck Round’. 5. Petracca: the ‘dynamo’ with the power to consistently change things up, when needed 4. Viney: continued to carry our midfield on his broad shoulders in the absence of Clarry. 3. Brayshaw: love the consistency he is providing as a mid. 2. Pickett: the magic is still there, and the gameday ‘influence’ is returning at the right time of the year. 1. Neal-Bullen: the usual ‘Nibbler’ work rate, with 3 goals to boot. Very, very unlucky: Hunter Very unlucky: Chandler
  6. With heads in the right place from the get-go, we will win by 7+ goals. Heads in the wrong place, then anything could happen in this crazy football season.
  7. What a mockery. Are the AFL serious or not?
  8. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ as usual guys. Thank you!
  9. A true legend, who captivated lovers of our great game with his on-field feats, regardless of their team allegiance.
  10. Context: Hibbo has played excellent / consistent footy for Casey since his return from injury, and was a regular strong performer for the Dees before that. Further, Goody said in his post match presser, that he’s been playing “outstanding footy and will get his look”. Q1. Is Hibbo’s potential return likely to be at the expense of Tommo, and if not, who? Q2. Can Hibbo effectively play the third tall defender, to free up Jake Lever to play his key intercept role? These questions assume that Petty won’t be returning to defence any time soon. Love the pods guys! Keep up the great work.
  11. 6. Gawn - a Colossus again. What a leader! 5. Viney - behind Max, but another outstanding, ‘lead from the front’ performance 4. Petty - 6 goals and only 4 votes. A revelation. 3. Melksham - getting better by the week since his return. 2. Neal-Bullen - a consistent work-horse who plays one of the hardest positions on the field. Doesn’t get enough recognition. 1. Lever - just typical Jake. Plenty of others who I couldn’t squeeze in including Riv, Lingers,Tracc & Hunter.
  12. We didn’t just get the job done. They were desperate, and we ‘broke’ them!
  13. That was a finals type match and both teams had everything to play for. We prevailed comfortably in the end after being headed several times. That’s what the fair dinkum contenders do! Bring on September!
  14. EPIC upon EPIC!! We are on the march to September, and in it up to our necks!! We have sorted our forward structure …. as Goody said we would! Who says Max is no longer the AA ruckman? Pffft! Go Dees!! We all love you!
  15. My MFCSS is running rampant, especially given rain forecast. Please Dees, don’t join the crazy list of upsets this weekend. This is a golden opportunity ………. grasp it with both hands!
  16. BRILLIANT! Jack wears his heart on his sleeve. I love that it’s a red and blue heart!
  17. Huge congrats and enormous thanks! The work you obviously put into every episode is hugely appreciated by this Demonlander, and I’m sure, many others! I don’t think I’ve missed one.
  18. Yes. It will be interesting to see how many Brownlow votes he polls, both for the Adelaide game, and over the last 6 weeks.
  19. Me too! Jack was good for most of the game, but practically dragged us over the line on his own broad shoulders in the last quarter. Surely that counts. Amazing!
  20. I love this! Many of our youngsters are developing beautifully under Choco’s unique style and guidance, and we have another group of high-end youngsters joining our Club in a couple of months. Well done Choco and the Melbourne Footy Club!
  21. Adelaide were decent, we were just better for slightly longer. Another game where guts, grit, determination and a ‘never say die’ attitude got us over the line. These are outstanding qualities to take into the finals, but gee, there remains plenty to work on before September. The dream lives on!
  22. 6. Viney - a Colossuses again, especially when the heat was on. 5. Gawn - led from the front, both in the ruck, and around the ground. 4. Pickett - back to his ‘electrifying’ best. 3. Brayshaw - at his best in the contest, and he won most of them. 2. Chandler - obviously the correct call by our MC. 1. Rivers - continuing his run of strong form.
  23. Heading into the pointy end of the season with belief, confidence and momentum is vital. Our outstanding ‘come from behind’ win against the Lions last weekend was a great starting point, and I’m hoping that we continue building from today. Winning each quarter, with a 6+ goal final margin will do that. Go Dees! It’s time to get on a roll!
  24. IIRC, he went off late in the last game with what appeared to be a hammy. It was later ‘diagnosed’ as a severe cramp, and nothing to be concerned about. Maybe it was something to be concerned about.
  25. Another great pod folks. Informative and insightful. Thank you!
