  1. Having spoken to King in the pre-season, Culley is certainly a live ruck option. They are still figuring out how the new ruck rules will impact the game, and it will be a week by week proposition, depending on the opposition setups
  2. Culley will be used as a second Ruck around the ground, should he play.
  3. “Bruce - an unlikely hero…the rookie…THE ROOKIE”
  4. so Culley not best 23?
  5. With the last touch rules, boundary throw ins are going to be few and far between, except inside the arcs. I hope that's not the justification. I agree though - Kentfield was excellent last week and should be given the rd 1 spot
  6. was about to head down but have been told it's all over. was it a shorter sessionthan usual? Just a captain's run?
  7. Should not even be in contention for Rd 1-5. He lacks competative hunger for the contest. Has shown little in matches to suggest otherwise. Training at a high level VS competing in games are very different. It was an underwhelming performance from Jeffo and Kentfield should plenty more
  8. That logo actually looks ok on the jumper. The Penrite one is very 'clashy' tho
  9. Do we have deputy captains? Is there a reason they haven’t announced ?
  10. I'll take the rose coloured glasses off for you. I've been to almost every summer session at Gosch's. McAdam may have talent, but his application to elite training standards is as bad as I have seen at our club. Sorry Ghosty, but if you are being honest, despite him being a nice guy, he treats training as a bit of fun with the boys. Hardly does anything with purpose. Jokes and laughs around when he makes errors. Goes through the motions most of the time. I really don't think he is anywhere near AFL ready this season. I will be happy to be proven wrong, and it's just an observation/opinion.
  11. Outside mid. Will have kozzy, Langford, Steele, Culley to do the inside work. He will be on the outside. That’s modern footy. Not Goodwin running three inside mids and making the game a Friday with contested possession. The game has moved past that. That’s why we sucked for 3 years
  12. If you'd seen his preseason work, and his limited work in the midfield at the end of last year, you'd realise that is a terrible take on Windsor
  13. Always will have a soft spot for Harmesy. That kick in the GF was incredible and set us away on a bairnstorming comeback. He always gave his all for us. Sometimes limited by his skills, but couldn't fault his effort. Hope the Nut is doing OK.
  14. When is the official Penrite Injury Update our?
  15. Well done on putting this together. I got a Stone Roses - Fools Gold vibe in the opening, which was short lived and then felt like you'd taken us to Revolver at 3am. I think the lyrics need to be more pronounced. It doesn't appeal to me. It doesn't really feel contemporary at all. Kind of lacks flow and wouldn't really rev up a crowd imho. Respect the effort though
