Reasons for our Inaccuracy?
Spargo, Fritta and Sharp missed on no angle at all. It's more than that

PREGAME: Rd 10 vs Brisbane
Jefferson does not 'deserve' games. Just because he was a high investment, ou can't simply gift him games. What message does that send? Sure, a case could be mounted for getting games into him before season's end, in the hope it exposes him to AFL standard, but right now, the bloke actually offers ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Once Lever and Petty are back, there is no way you can justify giving him a game ahead of Turner (forward) and Petty. He cannot be a 3rd tall, as he doesn't compete...wouldn't even bother sending a tall defender to him...so useless as a foil also. I'd much prefer AJ, who can ruck, and also shows plenty of competitiveness. I recognise that he has not been in great form at Casey, but he competes. Much like Cam Pederson did. Sometimes that's all you need. The first half on Saturday we basically played a man down.

Media Madness
When will the media go hard on Tanner Bruhn...why wasn't the AFL media interested in Stengle and his 'missteps' (only not calling it what it was as I don't wish to land this platform in strife) at a Geelong nightclub. Why is Bailey Smith, a man caught doing coke, championed as an AFL poster boy and allowed to flip the bird and carry on as he wishes with only applause from the media, whilst Clarry is constantly targeted. It's about time clubs stood up. I like the response from both North and Melbourne. Fans have had a gutful. Always a good news story for Collingwood. The media after the Maynard hit were quick to defend him...we had media looking to hang Melksham for taking a mark last week. Kozzie is a sniper...Dangerfield is just clumsy. It has reached the point where you just have to turn off 90% of AFL media programs. Craig Hutchison has a lot to answer for...he has driven the soap opera style of AFL journalism.

Media Madness
it's actually incredible how much the media hates the MFC and has done for many many years. I can remmeber the narrative after we won the premiership - it was all "when will the premiership hangover kick in", "it's gone to their heads", "they are an arrogant, selfish group". Barely any attention waqs given to the premiership itself. Many more examples I could go through but I really don't have the energy. After trying to have the coach fired at the beginning of the uear, it's all attention on Oliver again, now that we are winning. The fl0gs in the media pedal care for mental health and it's just virtue signalling for the masses. They are clickbait specialists with no care for the individual. They pick and choose their targets. Some clubs, like Geelong, have their dirty laundry tidied up, while ours is hang out to dry. It's pathetic. How many weeks until we are sacking Gawn as captain again, or when is the next piece on Tracc and his disdain for the club. Bunch of nonsense.

CASEY: Rd 05 vs Richmond
Do we have a spot on the list for Bonner in the mid-season draft? Also, Culley has had 12...those that are watching, have they been quality. I have only just been able to get the link on the AFL site to open, so haven't watched the first half.

were we kicking to the right of screen that quarter? Strong wind by the looks

Time to start a rebuild?
Harmes and Baker both played excellent games for Footscray on the weekend. The ANB story seems convenient - doesn't excuse accepting unders for a key member of pour leadership group. The ones you say we offered contracts to left because Goodwin was starving them of opportunities, playing his usual favourites. Head out of the sand please. Even if your 'ratings' were accurate, what have we replaced those players with? Absoluteley nothing!

Only seen it posted on some Demons fans pages on Facebook. Seems made-up

Time to start a rebuild?
We haven't been into anyone of note since May and Lever...Houston until Tracc killed te trade. We are once again a club that refuses to, or is not attractive enough to, gain the services of recognised AFL talent leaving other AFL sides. The fact that North added Darling and Parker and we added Sharp, McAdam and Billings, tells you our trade philosophy. Sorry, but we go for the speculative NQR types and VFL heroes, believing we can turn them elite, probably because it worked once with Bailey Fritsch. We also traded away so much talent for little return and people wonder why we are in this position. I'll throw some names up: Harmes Baker Jordon Bedford Neale - Bullen All given away for a bag of chips....in McAdam, Billings, Sharp

Not a question I can answer...I have no idea...but it is very obvious who are the media's darlings and who aren't.

Media Madness
Heard it and their response was very flippant and rude. Kozzie pickett, had he done similar to Danger, would have been hounded. You are quite right. Additionally, there are stories about Richmond players from the summer, barely spoken about. You've got West Coast players in fights in nightclubs, off the radar. Never heard anything more about Stengle. JUH is gaining sympathy whereas Oliver was lambasted. Bailey Smith the same as JUH. We could be here all day. The media are hellbent on bringing the MFC down...it started straight after the GF win...all talk was about a premiership hangover...then when we unfurled the flag on a WEDS night....a WEDS...they wrote stories of how we only had 58K....the AFL then dropped the midweek fixture the next season...very convenient. You could go on and on...

Time to go Goody?
At what point will you go in on him? What if we are 0-4 and cop a belting down at Geelong. That's a coach killer isnt it?

POSTGAME: Rd 02 vs North Melbourne
I've been too angry to post anything until now. That was close to the most insipid loss i can recall in recent memory. I rate it worse than the loss to WCE and Freo last year, because we essentially rolled over at the end. Additionally, our lack of basic skills and constant errors, including the lack of awareness, was frightening. We looked like a C Grade Ammos side. I don't like to single out players...BUT...Jack Viney...you'd never question his effort, but man, his skills are complete junk. That moment when he streamed through the middle, only to kick it directly down the throat of a North defender, whilst we were outnumbered 3 v 1 inside our fifty says everything about him...maybe people will defend him and say "but the strcuture was poor" - i think that is being very kind. The other player who ought to ashamed of himself is Woey Jnr....that moment where he tried to bounce was horrendous. He is not going to make it at senior level. Now, to the Coach...it's time to go! Has had years to improve the list and it has gone backwards every year. You can't argue that. Has had months to improve the forwards and they have gone further back. It's atrocius. He panicked yesterday and threw the whole side around. Langdon is not a mid. His persistance with silly ideas has killed our seasons for the last three years. The jig is up. We need fresh eyes.

Demon supporters are pathetic…
This is a very salient point, which is too often ignored. Has consideration ever been given to reversing the broadcast position?
